The numbers from United World Chart (UWC) don't make sense. :nono:

454,000? She sold 214,000 in the US, 79,000 in Canada which total 293,000. Which means she would have sold 161,000 in the rest of the world. So how could she be #1 on Billboard's European Top 100 Albums with 161,000 (and less because the other countries are not counted yet)??? Something doesn't add up. I wouldn't trust thos UWC figures at all... :hmm:

It's easy. European Albums Chart is based on points, not sales or shipments. :flowers:

 

By the way: album debutes at #1 in Quebec.

But of course you got points with a percentage of sales how u can get points with nothing :D

it's a differnt way of counting sales I think

I'm itching to know the official Canadian chart statuses. :yes:

It's #1 with 79,000 album sold, even more than D'elles.

Cause it's crap. and doesn't count many countries.

You're right. Obviously she sold many more copies than 350k in Euro. Cause Leona sold 350k in UK, and only get #9.

Even only sold 350K in Euro, that's 350K+214K+79K=643K, that's already much more than 454,000 from UWC. This figure is crap.

 

And don't forget Celine is a big seller in Japan and the whole Asia too.

dunno about UWC...

 

And don't forget that Celine is #1 on European Top 100 Albums probably with 500k because Leona is #9 with 350k.

I think it top EC cause it topped in many charts in E, not like Spirit, it only topped the chart in UK. EC means the chart for Europr, not only for UK.

i don't think she sold only 20.000 in the remaining dozens of countries

Ohh, only #21 in Poland?! I must say I'm kinda surprised and it's not s positive surprise... :(

 

Wasn't there any promo this time in Poland??

I remember when I still lived in Poland RMF FM radio used to do quite good promo for her and it's one of the biggest radio stations in the country...

 

Hope the album will climb soon!!

yeah really crap!I remember with ONCP media traffic made a big mistake instead of 108k sold in France it counted 18k fans sent them mailes and the fixed it 1 week later :sick: :sofunny:
