I was watching her performances,and to watch her Courage World Tour video, look at her here..she is so excited and energised. I am literally dancing with her. Fully energetic. I don't know when was the last time I saw her this much moving and all.

 

And the stage, nothing can compare it, it's big and oh my god the lightings.

 

 

 

I miss her,hope she comes with this much energy,more is needed

I like it. I prefer the look over the colosseum. It’s more easy on the eyes than the harsh red.

Yes if you have a higher seat you almost look to the wall. It would have been better if the stage had a higher ceiling

Exactly. Imagine at the upper level. They won’t see much visuals at the back plus the main LED screen looks half will be covered if you seat at the upper level because of the huge black wall.

 

But, Maybe it’s much better if we’re there in person for us to know…

We’ve seen with Carrie’s show that it looks so much different in action then it does just staged like this. I think the back of it can be opened up more, or at least with Carrie’s show it looks bigger then this.

That’s what I’m thinking if they open more of the back the upper level won’t see it anymore since the proscenium arch is too low… maybe that’s why they bring the main LED screen more forward for them to see.

The arch is adjustable from what I've seen (unless I'm remembering wrong). As are the sides. Basically the entire stage is adjustable depending on how big or small the artist wants the stage to look.

I just know how it goes, this virus won’t be gone next year or the year after and we will probably have more (dangerous) mutations and vaccines, lockdowns. Think also about Celine. I don’t think she is gonna travel abroad and risk herself or her family. Yes Vegas is pretty controllable , pretty safe for her I guess. But Europe..no. And if she comes back the Courage album is almost forgotten so chances of her adding those songs to the setlist are probably very small. So, yes, I would not be surprised it is gonna be pushed to 2023 or whatever date far away in the future. Butter then cancel the whole thing and come back with a stellar new concept, ditch that wig, wear beautiful dresses, suits, and esspecially a setlist for both casual and diehard fans.

Yep I have been trying to warn everybody that the tour could be postponed/cancelled!!

 

Now I know some of it has to do with this pandemic & Covid obviously, we all know that... Especially with this new Covid variant Omicron going around now... But I REALLY DID have a feeling that the tour could be possibly postponed again, between the never-ending pandemic situation & Celines health issues, the timing for the tour just does not look good! Darn Covid, I am done with this pandemic & wish that people would just get vaccinated already so this whole mess will finally be over with & that life can hopefully go back to some kind of normal that we all need!! 😢😞

Yea I agree with you 100%, I also really do think that between the pandemic & Celines health issues, & reading on here that the tour dates are being postponed yet AGAIN, I think it should be time to just CANCEL the whole tour @ this point, I doubt these dates will even go on...

 

& trust me I really HATE saying that as I really wanted to go to the Washington DC show, but because this tour has been postponed how many times now, 3 times, 4 times, it is time to just CUT THE CORD & cancel it all!! It has been almost 2 years since this pandemic started & we are almost into 2022... It is time to end this tour & hopefully start fresh with a new tour down the road, (well depending on IF this pandemic will ever end, & how Celine health is by then as well... Cancelling it 3-4 times already is enough, & this pandemic situation is unfortunately not going to leave this world anytime soon!! 😢😔

It would be a shame if she had to cancel the tour, but from a public health and financial point of view it may be in the cards.

 

I wonder if she would just set up a European residency location and do a whole round of Courage shows. Even then would be very tricky and....that's the opposite of a tour lol. The best holiday gift is more vaccinations and boosters and masks out there in the world.

I'm pretty sure this is her stage. The columns on the side of the stage were being built 2 weeks before Celine's debut. I hope she saw Carrie's show and see's Katy's upcoming show (which will be huge visually) and rethinks her whole "clean" minimalistic approach.

I have a ticket to the first US show in Denver. I don't buy into the theories that her health with be an issue by that point. The pandemic is not over, but a lot of the USA is over it. I would imagine it goes on. I'll be there, vaccinated and boosted.

And yet her last ‘Celine’ colosseum shows really looked minimalistic, apart from the mhwgo on water part. You would expect it to be really spectacular for a show that does not travel, but it wasn’t at all imo.

it was definitely very minimalistic. There are so many great things that they could do nowadays, and yet Celines show was very modest

I personally don't critique Celine for having a minimal show if that's what she wants. The first residency used amazing visuals. The very last run was meant to be intimate and stripped down, and the middle phase I cannot remember much but they did use the hologram right?

 

Generally I think Celine's shows have been quite good in the visual department. Even back on the LTAL tour the heart-shaped stage lit up. However, I think it could be done even better. Like, showstopping, world class level. Usually that entails more upbeat songs, new arrangements, or orchestras and instrumentation.
