Unpopular Opinion but I have a feeling that Celine has been asked for SNL in some form, either to perform or both host and perform. I just don’t see Celine like doing that kind of show. She likes her comfort zone, you can tell she didn’t even want to do the “Wheel of Musical Impressions” on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallen. It was almost like she was dreading it but somehow agreed.

Nah. Jimmy's Wheel stunt was feigned annoyance on her part. She shines in this stuff and we know she's a clown & prankster. Or look at the bits she's done in the past, like the time she did the Moman skit at the Adisq awards.

Was watching some of my favorite channels on YouTube and was watching a tour of RW and they went to the theatre complex and what did I see right across the way from the theatre? THE STORE! YAY! The biggest stage ever built was the one in Colosseum at Caesar's Palace for Céline's A New Day show

If you're referring to the height, the Resorts World stage opening is 5-feet taller than The Colosseum. It may be the oversized props that make the stage opening appear smaller? It's also possible that Katy's show isn't making use of the full 123'x50' proscenium, however, since it can be adjusted depending on the show.

I’m judging it to the video they released on YouTube before the artists came to do show. Remember we have pictures of the scenes of the theater. The size of the stage is really that small. The proscenium arch is already fixed. I guess it’s because of the placement of the speakers. They can’t adjust it to make it higher or it may affect the sound quality. The width of the stage is already fixed as well. Since the chairs are already so close to the stage. The length of the stage… that’s what’s i’m curious if they can stretch it out even more but again the proscenium arch is already fixed..

This makes me believe they are not utilizing the full 50 feet, likely only 40-45. The top of the curtain is likely the maximum height. So, that may be why it seems smaller. The A New Day stage floor was undeniably bigger because it extended farther into the audience, but the proscenium height was still only 45 feet.

I'm assuming their height can be adjusted because they're on cables. In that case, they wouldn't block the visuals. I hope Celine's show takes advantage of the space and the LED screens. Certainly not until the fall - there's no break from the Courage World Tour until then. And if she cancels the Courage World Tour in Europe, I doubt she'd start Vegas right away. The people who paid money for their concerts 3 years ago would be p i s s e d!!!!

I don’t think she will ever not perform in Las Vegas. She has obviously made it her long term home and as long as we continue to show up for her, she will continue to perform. I forgot in what ET interview she mentioned it in, but she alluded to the fact that there is so much competition today and there only used to be a handful of artists that dominated the industry. My guess is she will want to hold onto her turf for as long as she can to keep her legacy going. Celine is Vegas.

Looks like the announcement of the original show happened on May 12th, a little less than 6 months out from opening. I don't know if we can expect the same timeline or not considering 1) the theatre is finished and open and 2) some rehearsals were done and I'm sure by now that everything is ready to go, minus a few tech rehearsals, but if she indeed is going back, I'd say late April to early June would be my best guess of when we'd get a Vegas announcement if she plans to go back Oct/Nov.
