I absolutely adore The Power Of Love! It’s definitely one of Celine’s signature songs. I wish I could’ve seen one of the concerts where it opened the show. I think it’s the perfect opening number.

 

It’s a power ballad that encompasses everything that made Celine Dion an icon - in my opinion. And it’s her first #1 in the United States. Took her to the next level.

Imagine if she had a decent catwalk that ACTUALLY goes into the audience with a small stage in the middle of the arena.

Lights go out, Céline onto the small stage. Surrounded by fans.

During the song she walks back to the big stage, confetti is falling down.

And with the last sentence she dissappears under the stage. Byeeee...

 

Oh wait. Too creative for her team to come up with something like this. Nevermind. It's MHWGO with a few drones. Let's do that!

 

Only wishful thinking... But it would be amazing if they completely revamped the show for future concerts.

I love the song Perfect Goodbye but that's way too much of a downer to sing to close out a show. MHWGO with drones and/or the call for peace that is Imagine are much better ways to leave a crowd, imo.

I think BYLM would be a good way to end the show like in 1996. It sends a nice message to the fans, isn't the most taxing on her pipes, everyone can sing the final phrase with her (why hasn't she done this before!?) . MHWGO is a sort of downer to end with, I agree. Perfect Goodbye is okay but not really that great of a song. We could talk this into the ground and things will never change.

Though having IACBTMN at the beginning of the Courage tour is really cool. It gets the adrénaline going

A few songs I would remove from that list. Lol

 

Say yes would be boring live, and call the man and thankful are too similar.

 

And I’d love to see the prayer rested and bring back immortality.

 

And not sure about the perfect goodbye plus she can’t do a show without the power of love or all by myself lol.

 

Agreed. Except I love both “Thankful” and “Call the Man” so much that I wouldn’t mind having them in the same show.

While I really don’t like the song very much, it’s undoubtedly a non-negotiable for Céline and she will have to sing it for the rest of her career. I think it’s one of the songs that casual fans love/expect to hear most.

I always thought the first time I ever saw your face would be an amazing ending to a tour. It’s not my favourite but I think she would wow audiences with the freedom of the song and just do what Celine does.

I called it "acoustic medley" because of the intimate setting the songs would be performed in. Plus, it would be a treat for the fans.
