I still do not understand this way of how Sony handles Celine's singles, EUS is an excellent album, sold a lot, absolute success, but only had a single that really did something on the radios.

They called young writers and producers who made great songs, more than had been neglected, nobody knows the reason and we will never understand.

Thanks to the TV Special that aired last week in France, the Encore un soir album is up 8 places to #45 and the Encore un soir single is up 25 places to #104.

 

Also, On ne change pas album is up 38 places to #104, D'eux is up 65 places to #174, Sans attendre re-entered the albums chart at #186.

Pour que tu m'aimes encore re-entered the singles chart at #194.

Yes, the "Encore un soir" related videos you quoted are still blocked in the U.S. I have written to Sony Music, Feeling, et al. to try and get this fixed. However, it has been to no avail. I know there has to be somebody who visits this site who can contact the right people about getting them "un-blocked". I just don't know who, though.

 

Furthermore, there are many other videos blocked in the U.S. as well. Examples include the audio videos for "My Heart Will Go On," "Parler a mon pere" and "O Holy Night."

VPNs make the videos work, but it only helps me on my end. A lot of these videos I'd like to share on my social media feeds. However, it's pointless if my followers are just going to be greeted to a message saying it's blocked in the U.S. Besides, a lot of these videos are blocked by accident and not because of contractual issues. How do I know? Common sense. Why would the video for Qpvsa be available in the U.S., but not Pamp and Lm? Why would the video for "Et s'il..." be available to buy in the U.S. on iTunes, but not available to watch on YouTube? Why is "O Holy Night" blocked when it's a traditional song? Why would the in-studio footage for "Can't Fight The Feelin'" be available, but not for "Eyes On Me"? Why would the majority of the audio videos from the album "Encore un soir" not be available, yet some are when the album is available to buy in the U.S.? It just screams to me the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing, and vice-versa.

 

Edit: Also, why would the audio videos for four of her Christmas songs (it's currently Spring) all of a sudden start working? And why would the EPK video for the "Encore un soir" album all of a sudden be "un-blocked"? It's very frustrating.

The album was certified Platinum in Switzerland and the single was certified Gold there

So, if the dang preview can be viewed here in the U.S., then why can't the full music video be as well?! As well as the audio and lyric videos?! Her people really, truly do need to get their heads out of their bums.

And Céline isn't accessible? Even with people in the same room as her?

I can't understand why the audio video for EUS keeps growing at a higher rate than the lyric video.

 

Those numbers show that "Tu sauras" should have been selected as a single.

 

Regarding to Celine not promoting the singles through music videos what I find more upsetting is that either her team or Sony can't be bothered to produce a lyric video which is the norm for singles releases by any artist nowards.
