So The Courage World Tour dates from this Summer have been rescheduled to Summer 2023, and the 2 shows in Israel have now become just one show... probably due to poor sales in Israel. Edited May 6, 2021 at 11:08 AM by AdrienneM

Celine looks incredible. The best I've seen her look in a long long time. She looks happy and healthy. Absolutely beautiful.

 

Although sad news re these dates being moved it was inevitable that this announcement was coming.

Yep, with the Courage 2022 dates wrapping in September and the next leg happening in May 2023, I’m guessing the residency will start possibly around New Years ala Gaga

With this now becoming a tour that’s going to stretch across 4 years... I can’t imagine her doing another world tour any time soon. I hope it’s not her last.

 

I hope it stretching so long doesn’t mean she starts seeing it as an obligation. Hope she’s still actually excited and driven to do it...

I mean... it’s already cost her $13m in agency costs (or whatever that legal dispute amounted to). Now she’s gotta do the tour to make that fee worthwhile...

13 MIL at this point, cut her losses, release a new perfume to make it up lol. She’s not hurting for the money, she’ll be fine.

I wonder after 4 years will these shows still actually be “Courage” tour will they just take the new Vegas shows on wheels there, I’ll find it hard to believe if Celine does two different shows over a couple years, as we know she has a tendency to dive into a show and stick with it for a long while.

That made me giggle. I remember the last time she made an announcement about the tour, some people were saying she looked too sad.

Now it's the opposite! But I prefer to see her happy no matter what.

There also comes into play the fact that she’s contractually obligated to fulfil a certain amount of shows in a certain amount of time, cancelling these shows would just mean she’d have to make them up again... and probably as the exact same show anyway just without the name “Courage” on it. That and as with many other artists, they seem dedicated to getting the tours they started finished, no matter how long it takes

My québécois boyfriend says it’s definitely weird that she said vingt vingt trois. lol He doesn’t think he’s ever heard anyone say it that way. Maybe people who just started learning French. lol
