Was in my local Tesco today and loved me back to life was 19 on their chart & my love essential was 11 on the compilation album chart.

I have a big question? According to Celine´s official site she performed these dates during the "Falling Into You Tor" (same as wikipedia):

 

(...) March 30, 1996 Brisbane Brisbane Entertainment Centre

April 1, 1996 Auckland New Zealand ASB Auditorium

North America[4][5][6]

May 18, 1996 Vancouver Canada General Motors Place

But according to some sites she performed in Montreal at the Molson Centre on April 10,11 and 12, 1996.

 

According to another site, "On April 1, 1996, Celine Dion gave a concert in Montreal, Quebec, then a press conference with René Angélil about her Falling Into You tour. (Source: CelineDion.US)".

 

So, did Celine performed in Montreal in April 1996???? :o

I need my musician professionals to help me out here... what the hell is up with the key of this instrumental for RDMH??? I can't figure it out...it's almost like there's no key to sing along to..which sucks, because it's a great instrumental. I tend to have a good ear, but I just can't place the notes with this. HELP!!

hey guys i know that this is just a very random question about celine, & i dont know which topic to post this in, so im going to write my question here since this topic is very random lol...

 

 

does anyone know whats going on w/ celine & co. lately? i know that she, rene, & their family were on vacation last month & they went to disneyworld & stuff, but i wonder whats going on w/ her now? see i havent been on the internet that much during the past few weeks because of some things that have been going on w/ me & my family lately, so i have been out of the loop in celineland for a few weeks lol... is celine currently on another sabbatical or something???? especially because of renes cancer this time around, im wondering if thats what she is doing since she did that back in 1999 after rene had cancer the 1st time around & all... i havent heard any news lately, not even about her vegas show, & of course this forum is pretty much dead like it has been around here for the past few months lol... & i havent found any new info about her on the internet lately, the only info i can find is about the ridicolous re-release of her "all the way" album & the release of her concert from last summer in quebec, which i have already knew about last month lol...

 

 

so if any of you know whats going on, please let me know, thank you so much... :) :) i just hope that celine, rene, & co. are all ok & that everything will keep better for all of them, same thing w/ myself & my family as well, because my family & i have been through some rough times recently too... :( :(

 

 

i hope you are well celine, your fans really do miss you girl!!!! (even though pigs will most likely start to fly before celine will ever read this @ all, but anyway lol...)

Well, that's a real random remark but I was on Céline's official website earlier and noticed that she's back in Vegas in June.

 

It means that she currently has 3 months off and she's not doing anything. She doesn't sing ( beside under the shower maybe?) and she doesn't have any project going on.

 

I've always thought Céline was one of the biggest "workers" in the showbizz (if not the biggest: she never really stopped). Even during the first run of Vegas, there always was something going on... and now that's the exact opposite direction.

 

Don't get me wrong , I'm not judging. It's just a statement. I guess I miss her.

 

However I wonder if she doesn't receive any request anymore or she simply turns them all off. I mean not even a duet on some "random" artist's album...?!?

Exactly, I miss her! :wub: I think it's something we (or me) will have to get use to......

TLR Worldwide (Record Label) already said that on Twitter (8th April) : "Celine Dion is coming down to the studio this week.. I'm going to play some of my artist music & see if she will show some love on a record."

 

And 2 weeks later, the other post with Celine in recording studio, weird.

Imagine if there is a big announcement that Celine is going to do a concert in sometime in Brazil!!! Oh my word, I would be so sooo happy for you. I will be going crazy for your part. If that does happen one day, you must not miss that concert, not for anything.

You never know, let all our dreams maybe come true, for me, that she comes back to South Africa some day, and for you that she comes to Brazil. Let our dreams maybe float into Sony's office over there. Ha ha!!! There is nothing wrong in us having dreams my honey, and sometimes the beauty of it, is that it might just come true. Don't give up all your hope ok? Take care and have a super weekend.

So I guess Celine is lending her voice on another artists album. Atleast that's what I gather from that tweet. I don't think Celine is working on her own new music. I think she is probably just singing background vocals on someone's album. Either that, or a duet.

I was just on google and I decided to type in Julie Snyder. It lists Julie's height as 1.73 m. That translates to 5'8". That can't be right. :huh:

 

Celine is alot taller then Julie. Celine has been said to be 5'7". Annie Horth was asked Celine's height on twitter before and Annie said that Celine is 5'9" without heels.

 

If that's true, then Celine would only be taller then Julie by 1 inch and if Celine is 5'7", Julie would be taller by 1 inch. That can't be right at all.

 

Celine towers over Julie all the time. I think google got this one wrong.

I agree, something is not right. Celine is definitely not 5'7". I also read somewhere that she is 5'9" without shoes. Celine is tall for a woman. And there is no way Julie is 5'8", she is quite a bit shorter than Celine.

I thought she was 5.6-5.7. But if it was said by Annie....

 

I think 5'9" is 1.75 m, so if Celine were in 4 inch heels she would be 6'1" = 1.85 m. If she were in a really high heel like 6 inches, she would be 6'3" = 1.91 m.

 

I'm not 100% certain if Annie actually said that Celine is 5'9". That is just what someone said on this forum before. They said that they asked Annie on twitter how tall Celine is and that Annie said Celine is 5'9" without heels.

 

If it's true I would go by what Annie says since she measures Celine all the time. I also think it's possible that maybe Celine use to be a couple inches shorter and possibly grew a couple of inches over the years through her spine alignment treatments.

 

I know Celine does, or has done yoga and she gets her spine aligned regularly, which can actually make you taller. There are actually certain yoga movements you can do that help lengthen your spine and make you taller and having your spine properly aligned also helps in growth and healthiness of joints.

.I don't know, somewhere there is a clip where Celine is barefoot on stage, and another where she was wearing trainers, she is tallish. Another shot is where she is sitting with her feet up on a counter thing, with someone putting curlers in her hair, those legs are long. A person can see she is tall. I know my height has completely nothing to do with it, but I am just under 5'7" and there is no way that Celine is about my height, so I believe with what Annie says. Anyway, that's only my thoughts.
