Top Long the same gets boring. She should have made more changes to the show. That is why i am.glad it finally comes to an end.

Before leaving Vegas, she has to record a song on Las Vegas. A stample that would be associated to her, the city and her legacy as an entertainer. ^_^

 

Some sort of song that would be used to talk about the Sin City, about the history of residencies. :wub:

Thank you very much for posting. This guy's from the "Las Vegas Review Journal", so hopefully there'll be the whole interview in there shortly. Although I don't know if it's only an online news plattform or if they have a printed version too. Does someone up here know?

AND: That's a pretty good sign that FINALLY she'll end her silence soon and gets us additional informations about her ending in Vegas. This "airless room of partly stupid rumours" is not very good to take as a fan!

So, it's NOT a hiatus.

She is stopping in June.

 

And she will come back on way or the other my guess. Many years from now.

 

But "she got nothing left to prove as an artist, so it gives her freedom to do whatever she wants"

I went to see her in Vegas in July 2013 and August 2015. I sat in the front orchestra, seventh row and sixth row, and paid $250 both times. Once Ticketmaster took over, the prices have gone up, where the floor tickets in the front orchestra are now $500+. Specifically for the last several shows, it's now up to $689 for good front orchestra seats. And there's the platinum ticket system which is literally their official way of scalping their own tickets. :wacko:

platinum seems to have gone up about $500 per ticket between the 2 presales.. FORCH CC was about $2000 the first day, $2500 now.

Those are the platinum tickets, those are not the regular priced tickets.

THIS IS RIDICLIOUS!!!!!!

By all the love to her, and, surely, she doesn't make these prices, but she's the artist and I can't imagine she doesn't know about this! Charging those prices while knowing most people will fly around the world and therefore need to pay flight and hotel too is a shame! Obviously they only want millionaires sitting in front of her @ her final performance!

 

In the first time in over 30 years of being her fan I am so furious at her that I can't find the words to express! (And I never ever thought I would be feeling this way, and THAT feels really awful!)

WOW, 4,000 + fees.

What's crazy is that I'm sure they will sell, but this is an extorsion. I don't know who is responsible for pricing or if Celine is aware but whoever it is needs to be called out. It's not like those prices include a meet and greet or dinner with her, wth.

And it's not only the platinum tickets that have gotten this huge increase in price, I saw someone pay almost 500 for a mezzanine ticket.

I know it's for the final show but this is too much, way out of hand.
