One season as a voice coach would be amazing! It’s huge self promotion too.

it would be awesome if she released a SMASHING new English album and simultaneously participated as a coach on the voice US for a whole season, and promote the crap out of that new album, performing each single in the show, premiering music videos, singing her songs with the contestants etc. (Like JLo did on American Idol).

That’s a brilliant idea. To be on tv twice a week would give her lots of promotion and to be seen alone is self promotion it would keep her in the headlines! Also not a far commute if she continues to live in Las Vegas. I’m all for Céline being a full time coach on the voice even only for one season, we already know the show made multiple offers to get her on board so I’m sure they will call again, balls in Celine’s court!

I would hate her to be a coach/judge for a season of anything. Maybe a one off here and there. Céline is legendary and doesn’t need to do that- it’s beneath her. She did her little stint with Gwen and that was enough.

Well I just saw one of the angry comments on Facebook and it because she cancelled the January shows (and they said “you cancelled your show for no reason its just a cold b*tch your a singer”) and now that theyre going back in October next year and she finishes in June

Are you serious?? What sources, what interviews can you provide to affirm that 3/4 of the songs in OH were recorded in 2003? When saying something, please provide a basis and the sources where your information is supported, because otherwise your points are again as strong as butter on bread: bullshit.

 

I for one can say that more than 3/4 of the OH album come from the ANDHC recording sessions, if not the whole album but for the lead single. But I don't even feel like repeating again all the strong signs that lead to that conclusion for someone that doesn't even care to support her futile affirmations with basis and reasons other than replying "google", "interviews" and "research" but doesn't post none.

I believe his son died not longer after he joined the team and it is believed he's not part of it anymore. But absolutely no information regarding his presence in her team has been released after his hiring, so it's all very vague..

 

Yeah, that's last I heard, too.

Would love for him to be involved in some way.

I don't fancy the idea of having her on TV shows as a judge, neither. If the start of the Vegas chapter in her career was the beginning of her self-isolation from the music industry, her involvement in a TV show for new singers will be the confirmation that she's no longer relevant for the music industry anymore. The start of her retirement, or a scream in silence begging to be still relevant for the business. She doesn't need that.

I think The Colosseum is changing there image a bit and layout and probably trying to figure out what the artists want and change there stuff then they will come back. Because there under new management now and they want to revamp the place with new entertainment for now mabye thats why Celine didnt sign. Because Mariah didnt sign past February either so i think there gonna change the atmosphere for a bit and see how that goes and then mabye in a year or two Celine will come back with a new show cause it takes a couple years to make a show

Well theres clips of her recording it and she had long brown hair and unless im mistaken she cut her hair and dyed it in February 2003....:.. id need to check that, not to mention that her hair is extremely similar to how it was at the end of the second promo tour for ANDHC, but here you go

The copyright years on the songs don't mean anything, actually IDAN has 1989 on it so... The years most probably make reference to the year the songs were published, which was rightly 2003 for most of them, but not the year of recordings.

 

Stand By Your Side, I can't find any link on Google with the information that you say. Also Wikipedia says the song was recorded in 2002, though that's not a reliable source. Please can you share the link with that information?

 

There are no articles on the Internet relating the recording process of the OH album, simply because there's no evidence about when it was recorded, and the information about the songs and the creative process is little to none. Not even Céline talked much about the album on the little promotion she did, because the promotion was mostly focused on the start of the Vegas show and the IDAN single.

 

Besides, One Heart is the sole English album from which we don't have any footage at all of Céline recording the songs in the studio (except IDAN). If that doesn't tell you enough about why they kept this footage in the dark and why we have never seen anything from it... Add to this they repeated 2 songs from the ANDHC album (released only one year before), that Céline's schedule was alredy packed enough in late 2002 and early 2003 with the Vegas rehearsals and the preparations for the show, and everything leds to believe that she didn't have any time to record another album in that time, for obvious reasons. But you just believe what you want to believe, in your (nonexistent) sources.
