Is it because of Céline's summer tour? Probably.Is it because of the video? I think it's also due to word of mouth as this album is just so so good. And let's not forget that it is physically available practically everywhere. At least Sony did a good distribution job, which can be as important -- if not more -- as promotion! 4 Quote
