What I don't get is why they don't give TYLM a chance again! I mean it's been almost 7 years since she's sung it! I know Jean-Seb is gone, but I loved the song... They could have the lead violinist do his part. It would be a nice song to bring back cause they've given it a rest.

Also, It appears Celine is stopping her car for fans after the show again. There is a video on the iconosquare instagram that shows Celine signing autographs in her car outside Caesars and she looks very Vegas. She's wearing all grey, but very high glam over the top Vegas style. With a feathery type neckline and big gold hoop earrings.

 

I don't know how to post instagram videos, but it's easy to find on the iconosquare instagram page with the #Celinedion. I don't know if there is any other videos other then just that one, but if someone finds more, I would love it if they could somehow post them onto the forum.

I'm sorry but to me that is the definition of NO!!! I want all their efforts of trying stuff on songs that haven't been performed, or something that would be more than just a lipped song from 15 years worth of shows being lipped for even more shows..... bring the song back if it is in a DRASTICALLY different arrangement than before, or maybe 2 semi tones lower and live. I felt very very strongly that both tlym and IDan both had more than their fair share of performances and was very glad they were both laid to rest after the tour. Save tlym for a performance with taro, that way it may be spontaneous enough to where she won't have a playback recorded and will just sing the damn song the way it should be.

 

And now that I've started on this, I've thought many many times that it would be awesome for celine to open the show with a less pop and more ballad version of I drove all night, a bit stripped down. In all honesty cyndi Lauper version blows Celine's away. Perhaps it wouldn't even need to open the show, it could be in the acoustic medley. I stil want to see more done with that. I just wish they'd have 10 songs lined up for that and each night celine just picked which three she wanted to do. Let's be honest, that may be enough for some of us to wanna go to more shows back to back to back. Lol. It's a very simple change that can keep the show fresh night to night.

Well on the survey that some of us got, there was an option to choose under the what we would like to see on her new album section that said something about acoustic album of her old hits or something to that effect. I 100% agree with you about "Right Next To The Right One." It's such a "filler" track. If it had been up to me, I would have put "There Comes A Time (Let Me Be Your Soldier)" in its place.

I love Right Next to the Right one but do agree I would prefer there comes a time. I also love love love love the idea of A World To Believe In for an opener. Way too sad/depressing, but then again, if she can get through I surrender, maybe she could do that. as far as painting her nails...well, she does seem to have more pressing things to do than something so small/petty as that. I still say the performance of Hello was good, but I've said it a thousand times so am going to stop defending it cuz it doesn't seem to be getting met with anything. BTW, I'd like to see a slowed-down, striped-down version of IDAN as well, and her have several acoustic songs she could switch out as well.

Are we still discussing Adele? Celine should have sung the song in a higher key because she has a higher natural singing voice than Adele.

I don't want them to bring back TLYM again. It had it's day and it's time to put it to rest. Celine can't sing that song anymore in it's original key and her voice always sounds like it's straining when doing the high note "we'll fiiind a way" i always hold my breath thinking if she'll make the note or is this the time when her voice finally cracks.
