I'm tempted though I do that with some releases (especially with LPs), I keep one sealed and then have another which I use. But I've come to do that less and less, since they're not that limited and hard to come by now (only the pre 1990 stuff mostly). CDs and cassettes are easy to find (except her first 80s cassettes), even sealed still, but sealed long boxes and Mini Discs are scarce though. Plus, its not so easy to re record tracks now. Every single show she did is on YouTube so if she records new playback and then it is shown, it will be exposed in a heartbeat by crazy media outlets ESPECIALLY TMZ. That and who said she wants to release them, she literally could do it for logs. On top of that, for some reason they edit all her songs now including stuff like Encore un Soir which didnt even need any editing. We forget how long it takes to do these concerts for DVD. Stuff like ACDS and LIM were taken right off of TV and TV records. Stuf like this they need to get the camera footage, collate the best footage, edit the songs, enhance the footage and sound, choose and organise different clips from different shows etc. Its alot 1 Quote

Actually on the Vegas DVD they edited and added vibrato and changed tone alot which is evident in TLYM and TPOL AND IACBTMN compared to actual playback track audio from the concert. Vegas MHWGO was edited as well with extra editing with echos etc. VEGAS TSMGO was actually almost exposed but it was covered up by saying it was all just from BBMAS audio. Celines been talked about playback for years and the media had a day with that article about Celines old drummer as did the haters. One slip up and.... And lets face it.. Who actually bought the TAST special?. Olympia was the pure playback with no editing but if you play ACDS it has reverb and layering of vibrato from the shows. The ACDS also had lots of whiny overtones which LAP and Olympia didnt have Its basic editing thats been done but not when the USF has literally the E.X.A.C.T same playbacks and exact same nuances. So like.... Why did they edit TC ? Because they needed it. Its simple. This isnt as simple as ACDS. They cant release any of the others after they release one of them Quote

If anyone does take the time to compare the vocals, they'll still find that they're identical. And I also don't think most of the general public would care or take the time to compare vocals. Sure, the tracks on the TCWT release that were already included in the Vegas DVD were overdubbed. But the TCWT release also overdubbed the high note in ABM, which was only used on that tour at that point. Why would they feel the need to overdub a note that only the live audiences would hear? My belief as to the reason why TCWT was overdubbed afterwards was because the tour was such a massive moment in her career and to show it off as more of a unique moment in her career. I would say it sounded even better but that was just because of my excitement. Exactly, i HATE TO LOVE YOU MORE ON TCWT DVD WITH A VENGEANCE. It probably sounded great but then they slapped a load of autotune on it and ruined the whole premise of a live DVD 1 Quote
