i have to say, its ONE HEART in french,

a little mush-up with nice germs, if they have done us a double album would be better,

I'm kinda starting to agree with that statement, that it is an English album but in French, at least for many of the songs especially the uptempo ones. She uses an higher voice i think.

I like the album, maybe they were recording in the wrong language :giggle:

A vous is the kind of song that we need in English like les yeux au ciel

"Sans attendre" didn't have a concept either. It all started when there were so many collaborators as in her English albums. JJG says he doesn't know what else to write for Celine, but he would be a very good executive producer/creative director for the album.

I wonder why Benzi stopped collaborating after "D'elles".

he doesn't need to write, he need to produce only

Her voice is amazing on this album and I am wowed by it. More wowed than I've been in years.

I fully agree. While I may have some reservations regarding certain songs, her voice is great - and in some songs her way of interpreting the lyrics is sublime.

I think he arranged some of the orchestral recordings in Sans attendre? Isn't he credited in the booklet in some song? Maybe I'm wrong I don't remember well now :hmm:

It's such a 'spring' album deserving so many singles... I hope winter won't kill it

my thoughts exactly! Tu Sauras should be a smashing summer single with a hot, up-to-date video

He produced the songs: Une chance qu'on s'a and Les petits pieds de Lea.

Great album! My top 5 :

1. Encore Un Soir

2. Ma Faille

3. L'étoile

4. À vous (WOW! Just amazing DANCE track!)

5. Les Yeux Au Ciel

I like the sound of the album in general, so modern, so 2016 :giggle:

After few years after Sans Attendre, I like this album so much! Thanks Celine, Sony and all writers and producers! ;)

Love Celine, I can only guess where you now stand in life.

In such a difficult time to stand up and sing such album takes more than an ingenious voice. It needs class. Strength. And gratitude to life. You're doing that BRILLIANT.

MY PERSONAL REVIEW:

PLUS Q'AILLEURS: Unexcited start to the album. French chanson for people interested in music class.

L'ÉTOILE: Positive. Designed for the radio. I would also sing when I want to have a hit....

MA FAILLE: Positive again. The song shows us new and interesting aspects of Celine's voice.

ENCORE UN SOIR: A song by Goldmann as 20 years ago. Innovative is different.

The strength of the song: Celine's voice is like velvet and silk.

The weakness of the song: Boring orchestration.

JE NOUS VEUX: Bulky. Why can not the melody to get into my head? The words I can understand. Very beautiful. However, the Melody I do not understand.

LES YEUX AU CIEL: Fresh. Naughty. Free. Great second Single.

SI J'ETAIT À REFAIRE: This is the song where your voice shines the most. For that reason alone, it is one of my favorite songs. A real love song.

ORDINAIRE: Heavy sweetness. Sweet heaviness. The voice and the personal presence are great.

TU SAURAS: Love Celine, this song is a mistake. Sorry. Boring. My only compliment: You also think about the 14-year-old fans. Seen through this lens, you're right: Good track.

TOUTES CES CHAUSES: An unexpected highlight. Music critics may consider it a filler. But sometimes it takes just a song. Just great, great, great.

LE BONHEUR EN FACE. Not my favorite Song.

À LA PLUS HAUTE BRANCHE: THIS ist my favorite song. Not only in this album.

I cry. Your voice, your words... I cry, because I know what you're singing.

À VOUS: I'm too old for this number. Nevertheless, I find it interesting.

MA FORCE: Powerfully. but not a highlight. Deluxe Strategy.

3H20: Memories, bell-clear voice. Bonding. A worthy conclusion of the album.

LOVE, ST.

I have listened for 2 days and i really like the whole album.

I really like the track 1. It is pure and raw from Celine. It is very easy to listen to her sing like this with only a few instruments. (I wish her will release acoustic songs with various type of music in the future)

I grew up with her songs and i felt we have different launguages, faces, country but her music. Celine music connecting people to the same heart. I give this 5 stars album.

I am so glad Celine still make a great album til today. She is the person for this world not only a singer for me.

In the car on our way back from Spain to my parent's house i' Normandy in France, my sister who came to the concert in June with me was just screaming "La peur, la faim et la misèèèèèère!!!!"

My sister who likes Celine because I forced her when we were little, still think that Ordinaire was the best song of the concert.

We discovered the whole album on radio in the car today ( on France bleu) many small interviews of Celine and 2 new songs each hour.

Pure magic !

I know that my vinyl is waiting for me at home in Paris...

I will never be so happy to leave my family this weekend :D

Funny that Im listening to it in my car on my way back to my hometown as well....In sweet normandy 😉! Great minds!

In my opinion releasing "L'etoile" as the second single would make such a smart move. It's current, super catchy and so addictive. I can't stop humming that melody. :w00t:

Given that I have NO idea how the record industry works, I am genuinely interested to know why is there a need to release a second single since the full album has now been released? I know it's an incredibly naive question And I hope you forgive me for asking it but I would really love to know. Is this for people who are still reluctant to buy the entire album? Or is it for marketing purposes and more radio AirPlay?

Many thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to explain!
