I can't believe... Celine the major artist with the legend status in year 2016 despite all the platforms available for sharin' files on the internet ...

"Encore Un Soir" was available for purchase in some Couche-Tard (convenience store) in Quebec today. All copies were removed later. But, few fans are buying it. Just hope to not leak before Friday!

It amazes me every time, and I don't know why, but it does...when people who never participate in conversation have the NERVE to come around and ask for ILLEGAL download links when a new album is coming out. Absolutely despicable.

I spend most of the day reading all the posts in the forum. As a spanish speaker, it's not easy for me to express what I think in English. That's why I never participate in any conversation. It's really hard for me to have a conversation in English without thinking very very well if I'm writing correctly.

Anyway, I do participate in some threads in the Spanish section and some times I take my time and write something here in English. Sorry if I bother you. It was not on porpouse.

I do not expect an answer, and I don't want so start a an off topic conversation. We are here because of the new album (which I will buy when Sony in my country decides to release it)

Yes, i bought one this morning ! You guys cannot believe my face when i saw it next to the coffee machine. They had like 60 CDs !!!

Very beautiful album, Toutes Ces Choses is my "coup de coeur ". Amazing lyrics !

I apologize for being as harsh as I was. There are also people who are more active that have asked for a link and I should have included them too, and not generalized. I'm a musician, myself and while I don't have the success, I work very hard, and I know people who work even harder, and to see people asking for a leak is a little insulting...regardless of whether or not everyone is going to buy it. Because there are going to be more people who won't buy it than people who will, as the majority of the world can't resist something being given away for free. We need to think as fans how the media sales climate has changed, and we need to support the arts if we want to keep them around. We can ask for the free links and still buy the album, but once it's on the Internet, it's there forever and we need to remember the hundreds of thousands (if not more) of potential illegal downloads will follow. I'm very passionate about supporting musicians, famous or not. And as fans of whoever we are fans of, we should help prevent the demise of an industry we care so much for. Every little bit makes that difference.

I'm shocked by how many people here have shamelessly asked for a leak. It's more than a little insulting. Hugely disrespectful, in fact. It has nothing to do with whether or not those on this forum will or will not buy the album - I'm sure most of us will. But once it's out there and free for the taking, it hugely diminishes the value of pretty much all creative pursuits. Please don't encourage and propagate the rampant thievery out there. Lots of people out there are working very hard to make a living in the arts, and your sharing of links "amongst a few friends" is really sharing it amongst millions. Please don't contribute to the expectation of all content being free.
