It was very interesting! I was hoping that they would mention Celine in it though. I wonder who the next person is who sold 11 million copies of their debut album?

Of all those superstars, I'm not sure but I believe Céline is the first one who worked with Stephan...

And yes she is the biggest one! :-D

Yeah, this would be great, but I don't think so, that Céline's music will be part of THIS special project. As this photographer explains at the start, this project jumps from one artist to another. So Maty Noyes connected him with Stephan, and he will connect him with this mysterious "11-Mio.-Debut-Album-Involver" (due to his website it seems to be Charlie Walk former president of Republic Records https://jaredpolin.com/new-page-1).

 

On the other hand I am quite sure (resp. HOPE) that there will be "making of"-clips of the new album. But not with this guy in this project.

 

And sorry to correct you, but Céline isn't the biggest superstar Stephan ever worked with - he worked with Miley Cyrus creating the multimillionendollar-hit "Wrecking Ball", Fergie, Ne-Yo, Avril Lavinge, Seal, Ellie Goulding, James Blunt - just to name a few. These are all superstars. And, no, I don't compare these artists with Céline!!!! Surely she sold more albums than these - but all of them sold enough to be called superstars. :thumbsup2:

 

I think Wrecking Ball got the most exposure from his work; but Celine is definitely the most overall successful artists he’s worked with. Also let’s not forget ANDHC is probably her last biggest hit in English to date.

As I wrote. I don't want to compare any artist with another cause music is much more to me than any figures.

Well, let’s face it, Wrecking Ball just got so popular because of it’s music video and Mileys scandals at that time. The song itself is a pretty mediocre ballad. I think Ashes is way better Edited by ryba

LOL it’s just a thought and I actually wouldn’t want it, but I wonder what would happen if Celine did a quite scandalous music video :D the whole world would talk about it

Scandalous how? Like she dies at the end of the video, kills someone cause her character is crazy, uh partial nudity, or kissing another woman? Lol that kind of scandalous?

 

I think if done well and tastefully, breaking the mold or doing something "scandalous" could give her lots of publicity. Would be interesting.

Kind of like the dance for Le Ballet last year, it was a big surprise coming from her and it was great.

Some older Céline fans thought Le Ballet dance in that sexy outfit was outrageous. And some have lost respect for her because of those wild Law outfits. :rolleyes: I don't see the problem but to each their own I guess.

 

I`m glad Céline is enjoying life instead of worrying about these things. :flowers:

Celine's most "scandalous" video is Did you give enough love (1992). I mean, the general American audience would be shocked if they would see it. They only know the "clean" Celine (MHWGO, BYLM..). The same with Le ballet from the 2017 tour. They would freak out. :giggle:

it is safe to say we are not gonna get the album release in 2018.....2 more months to wrap the year of 2018...guess it will die for release in 2019

When Céline was 24 she was releasing 2 albums/year...

 

Parallel is ridiculous to me and it shows that boredom makes ppl say bs.

she could, but in the case of Ariana and Christina, i don't care , because they don't have stuff that i care about. So , i don't think Celine has lessons to take from them. :) .

I don't want random songs... look at Recovering, TSMGO, HDAMLF.... it doesn't work. I want albums, a collection of songs with a certain atmosphere. Songs that belong together.

 

 

She just needs to keep the gaps in between the shorter :blushing1:

How exciting that Cher’s new album is so successful!

 

It’s brought on an ABBA obsession for me. Loved them as a kid and now I’m obsessed again!!

 

Celine could do a concept album like that and have great success too. It’s a reminder that Celine’s got plenty of years to keep wowing us!!!!
