How weird is this new pic/cap... if only she had of been facing the camera, this is the kind of album cover I mentioned two days ago, which would look cool :)

I'm glad Celine has no clue that this forum exists (yes, I saw the vid where fans asked had she heard of it and she was like 'what's a forum') as I do believe if she read all this negative crap about legacies, and covers and what she should be doing, she would just say- ok then- screw this and go sit on her pert bottom and never sing again.

Celine should cover this amazing song, the original version is in Portuguese and made history in Portugal, the original singer also made an English version at the same time, due problem with her management she never had a change to had a International career

Yes as I already pointed out that is a great cap! But it looks better in wide angle though... But then it wouldn't fit the cover. But as a pic inside/backside of the booklet it would be superb.

Now the composition and cut of the first one would do great for a cover. I included the other one since that resembles somewhat the one Céline wore in the pic your aiming at right, Darren?

And honstly I've been smelling postponement for a while.

 

But that would be really bad. Since they have a lot of "free promo" when it comes to the Titanic event. And with things as the Jamica festival booked in it would be great to have something to promote.

Whatever kind of cover and photoshoot they decide to do, I just hope it has some background content behind Céline. Please no more plain/empty covers like D'elles, ONCP or TC, we've had plenty of them already -_-

Abba have sold about 110m albums, and 70m singles. Which is around 50m less than Celine.

 

The press clippings for Abba's 360m record sales are shockingly fake.

 

Celine is by far the most successful Eurovision winner on a global basis of all-time.

Céline Dion, music's greatest ever singer, the biggest-selling Canadian artist of all-time and most successful female live act ever - what's not to love?

Yes, Celine is indeed the only solo artist to be worldwide famous from everyone who has won the eurovision.

 

Her single Pour Que Tu M'aimes Encore is trend setting - it opened the flood gates to younger generations of Dion's fans at that time, to listen to more French music. How many here can say that their love of French music, has in some way, shape or form, been increased due to their love of Celine? Her album Deux is the best-selling French language album in a number of English countries.

 

I for one, most certainly CAN. She has done SO much for French music, and her homeland of Quebec. Add in her record breaking success, inimitable vocal technique, Las Vegas innovation - and you get an innovative artist.

No, we have nothing confirmed. René said she'll sing some of the songs from her Las Vegas show and THLAL and another song. :thumbsup2:
