LuisMa Posted December 20, 2012 at 09:38 AM Posted December 20, 2012 at 09:38 AM If only it was that easy, Migue!! I know how you feel, we desperately want us to be heard by them! I'm fed up of seeing other singers directly asking to their fans in the social networks "which song would you like to be the next single?", and just this morning I saw another example with a very famous spanish singer who has just released a new album... but it never happens with Céline! They don't care at all, and its precisely HERE where they could show they count on us, that we are an important part of her success. But they just don't care Can't the official site put someday in the news section a poll to ask us what song we want to be the next single for one of her albums? Is that hard to ask? Will we ever see that gesture from their part? I see where you're going. In the past this has backfired for some artists (Jessica Simpson "I Belong To Me" is an example, and she was in Sony as well) but yes, fans are why the artists are still alive in this business, so at least some input could be asked from them. I was thinking about that a couple of weeks ago, when the fans decided which tracks to be included in Girls Aloud's "Ten" bonus CD. I thought, well wouldn't it have been nice if they'd let us know which tracks we wanted in the second CD for "My Love: Essential Collection"? And yes, it would be nice if at least they'd consider some of our opinions on future singles for this, WAAF, or any future releases. Quote
Javito Posted December 20, 2012 at 09:56 AM Posted December 20, 2012 at 09:56 AM Yes, at least ask. Then they can do whatever they want (as they've always done), but at least, ask us sometime to show that we count some part in this game. That's the least they can do, after 30 years of career and especially after we put her where she is today! 2 Quote "Hush, now... I see a light in the sky"

Harys Brilliants Posted December 20, 2012 at 01:44 PM Posted December 20, 2012 at 01:44 PM Attendre is a greatsong. It can be the masterpiece, it has something special, the melody, build up, changes of key, amazing special lyric (started by verbal words, finished by same sounding words), the energy, emotion, etc. It's better than 3rd song, which i don't really like (it'snot the real celine at all). Ifthey released in a great timing, followed by many promotion (live performances), accompanied with a great-everlasting-creative-meaningfull video, it can be the new PQTME. please, choose it as the next single, not the 3rd song from this album. 5!!! Not 3!!! 5 Is celine's lucky number. and this album was released at november 5th, right? Please, we must do something. 3rd song from this album is not celine at all. 2 Quote
Harys Brilliants Posted December 20, 2012 at 02:08 PM Posted December 20, 2012 at 02:08 PM But, it seems like everybody here have forgotten the last song from this album. I know this is a bit forgotable compared to attendre (which has an everlasting effect, i thought), but this is the most favorite song from this album. This is the only one which very radio-friendly, fresh, energic, cool, young, it can make young people addicted (at least, they'll move their leg when hearing it). It can make her fly high to the spotlight, get another long lasting hit (which i guest will be better than PAMP in longevity), everyone love it. If we talk about signature song, it's 5th song. if we talk about commercial and hit song, it's last song of course. it can boost the album sales amazingly. remember, this song is in deluxe edition, which is more expensive than a standar one, so more money celine will get. I know all of you are dissapointed by keeping this song in deluxe edition. But, look at TO LOVE YOU MORE on her discography. TLYM is a bonus song, but it became (a successful) single, so no problem with a-bonus-become-single-song. it must be 4th single, we must do something, i believe if we-are-together-we-will-stronger. Throw our voice everytime on everynews in her official facebook, twitter, & website. She's our queen, we want the best for her, she is big because of our love. It must be released on valentine season (i hope 3rd single have a great longevity), due to : the title itself sweet album for christmas gift (think about sales). No video=no problem, look at TLYM, I SURRENDER, RDMH, they don't have anyvideo, but they are big. But who know? Maybe she can make a great video for this the-last-but-not-the-least song. Maybe it even can be the next TTWII or I'M ALIVE. what do you think? Respond me please Quote

Besides of all the interviews Céline gave at 'Le Mirage' for several TV shows from France, these are the specials and TV appearances that she did in Paris to promote the new album: ·Tout Le Monde En Parle [interview + Je N'ai Pas Besoin D'amour]·Le Grand Show [special on France 2]·Chabada [special on France 3]·50 Mins Inside [interview on TF1]·Céline Dion Dans L'intimité [interview + Exclusive images]·Vivement Dimanche [Parler à mon Père + Interview]·We Love Céline [special on NRJ12] Edited December 26, 2012 at 04:51 PM by Celine Fan 77 Quote Tournée Européenne in Paris (December 1, 2013)Céline Dion Live 2016 in Antwerp (June 20, 2016)Céline Dion Live 2017 in Birmingham (July 27, 2017)
Alex_Incognito Posted December 26, 2012 at 06:20 PM Posted December 26, 2012 at 06:20 PM S'il vous plaît! "Attendre" is NOWHERE near "Pour que tu m'aimes encore." NOWHERE. The lyrics, the melody---it doesn't touch it! It's one of my least favorite songs on "Sans attendre." En plus, why do people always have to compare her songs to her other ones? Though, I never seem to follow the fans with the fan favoites. I thought "Then You Look At Me" was lamentable at best, but some people would die for it as they would the Alamo. 2 Quote "People pay 20-25 dollars to see you."- Céline Dion, 1990

LukeD Posted December 27, 2012 at 09:07 PM Posted December 27, 2012 at 09:07 PM (edited) I think they should first release ''Attendre'' in Francophone markets (video clip & physical release) and then release a couple radio singles: ''L'amour peut prendre Froid'' (France) and ''Je n'ai pas besoin D'amour'' (Quebec). ''Si je n'ai rien de toi'' might do well in France as well. Edited December 27, 2012 at 09:10 PM by LukeD 1 Quote

LuisMa Posted December 27, 2012 at 09:11 PM Posted December 27, 2012 at 09:11 PM Though I'm still warming up to "L'amour Peut Prendre Froid", I agree that it could be a huge hit. Those are my fave, any of them could become a hit. As well as the Hallyday duet, which is not my favorite song at all, but it would work. And I don't care for "Les Jours Comme Ca", or "Je N'ai Pas Besoin d'amour"... I mean, the latter is a nice song.. but her voice sounds really aged, as if she had nodules. Quote
