Overall, this is now my 6th favourite album she ever did...see below:

Yes I definitely agree. So much better live! I'm not sure what she was going for on the cd version.

I have the same problem with "Que Toi Au Monde"

I find it to be an absolutely beautiful song. And her voice is in great shape there. BUT the soft falsetto notes sound "added". She had to sing them separatedly from the rest of the song, and that can be heard, and felt too :S

Maybe it was the audio technician's fault.

I think there will be another single...in time. Le Miracle has just started to resurface with the promo...finally in the Top 100 iTunes...the albums only been out for 2.5 months..and we've had two singles. Patience people. And....the English single will probably be launching in the next Month.

Don't you think that the promotion in Canada wasn't that big? in France she has done more than ever but only there. I really wonder when the next single will be out!

In Canada, she mainly promotes her French albums in Quebec.

She did the big TV special. And she also gave MANY interviews to the Quebec medias.

She did the show Tout le monde en parle.

It's a small market and with this promotion she's sold over 200,000 albums! :w00t:

Yes. I sometimes find it frustrating how she does much more in France then in Québec (she can't really promote a francophone album in the rest of the country) but the French market is so much bigger than the Québec market since they are so many people ! For Québec, I find that she did a really good job with the promotion. She did the major shows, got to the most people and did a great job ! And, it worked because, like you said, she sold over 200 000 album, which is a lot in a small market like ours ! :yes: :cheer:

If they want her to keep selling this record, I think she should go to France in April again and do some more promo (with live performances PLEASE :dots: )

otherwise I'm affraid without any more tv appearances and also without a word of a third single, the album will drop down fast

Also with her hotty stepson Marc Dupré in the jury of The Voice (La Voix) Québec, what are the odds that she'll appear on that show too?!?!?! :shifty:

I can't believe they're abandoning the promotion of the album with more singles at this great point of her career

She has had like a renewed loved affair with her french public with this album, and Sony isn't going to send more singles to the radios? The album could still know more success with songs like Attendre, Si je n'ai rien de toi or Qui peut vivre sans amour playing in the radios, It's SO SO SO stupid :confused1:

We don't know that's the case yet. We know she will be back in Europe in the coming months, what's the point of bringing out a single now when she isn't going to be able to do promo for it. Who knows maybe a new French single will be out when the English album comes out and she can sing it in Europe along with the promo for the English! There is no denying that she did a great job of promo for the album! She was everywhere! .

Tbh as an artist she has a lot on her plate with two albums and the Vegas show! The girl is working hard..... Oh and the fact she is a mother

Who said that there will be no more singles?? They will be at least one more in my opinion. But it should come sooner rather than later. Le Miracle was a very bad choice. The next sinlge should be SA. I think this song could be huge both in France and Quebec. And they should follow up with L'APPF in France and SJN'ARDT in Quebec. They should really not be too quick to do the English promo on France. With Quebec, it doesn't matter as much. She can't sell that many more there.

Yes but I wasn't complaining about the album promotion with Céline, it's been GREAT and HUGE, but I mean that Sony can still send more songs to the radios before this lucky phase after the promotion dies, and they no need Céline to promote the singles in TV. There's still a lot of people who listen to radio, and that's where Sony should move their butt and keep releasing more singles before the english album comes! Because when the english album is released, she will only concentrate on it, no more french promotion with Céline involved, that's probably for sure!

So if the english album is supposed to be released in april, it's about time that Sony had released a third single in january, and maybe a fourth one in march, to really pay justice to the big sales she's provided with Sans Attendre and let the people know more singles. But letting the album die this way, like they did with D'elles? :doh:

Come on we've had Parler à mon pére from july to december until the second single was released, 5 months with a first single! Don't deserve other songs the same chance?

Probably they're waiting a bit and see if "Le Miracle" gets a second wind just like PAMP did, although this one looks less favorable. But I do believe there will be a third single. The album has been super strong to abandon it at this point.

Javito, PAMP kept going higher on the charts so there was no point to release a new single until it went down the charts.

Now Le miracle is going up (slowly) so I suppose Sony wants to make sure that song is really dead before releasing another one.

And I believe the next single in France will be the new English single. And the next French single will probably come after...

I thought the life of her french albums were independent of the english releases, and Sony France was not controlled by Sony Canada. They could release french singles no matter what happens with the english album, and she could have a french new single at the same time as a new english song. That's what happened with LTAL and SSDA at least, they had THLAL and ONCP singles released in the same month ^_^
