Just went to HMV Wandsworth where it is in the front of store new releases section!!

 

HOWEVER my stoopid online order arrived and I ordered the deluxe version...what came? Standard. Grrrr

Standard only. Called their customer "service" centre just now and was told the deluxe version wasn't shipped by Sony...so they substituted the standard one, gave me 10% discount and DIDN'T bother to inform me of this. I don't want the standard version, I want NMQP and LJCC and the calendar <sob>

I pre-ordered the Standard Edition from HMV, it was dispatched last week and it was in the post when I checked this morning. I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition from Play.com, and they're currently "Awaiting Stock".

Well its official, L'amour Peut prendre Froid with hallyday is my least favorite.

Musically forgetable, the melody is boring, way too simple, i feel like ive listen to that song many times before, it doesnt stand out. and weakest vocals from Celine, but i say that just because she's pronouncing words differently than usual, just like she did in PAMP and Tout l'Or des Hommes".

I would put a 10$ that she recorded PAMP and L'Amour Peut Prendre Froid on the same day : P

I love the album. Les petites pieds de Lea is probably the only song that I consider a mistake (dead babies and all...). Moi quand je pleure is probably musically the most interesting track on the album. I love the duets, they are all just so good! The album is generally very different to anything she's done lately. I am very happy.

Bought the digital album also from amazon, couldn't wait any longer for this elusive cd to arrive. Sensational album, my favourite of her French albums, sounds fresh and loving Céline's mature voice. I think some of the tracks may appear in English on Water and a flame. Thankfully it didn't come out this month too. I'm going to savour this album for many months to come.

Come on Ireland and UK don't let us down, get buying!

Yeah I don't think it will be available on iTunes US. I preordered the deluxe a couple weeks ago and it came in the mail today!
