I totally agree with you! Their songs are amzing, my absolute favorites on the album It would be great if Celine worked with them again some time in the future.

Since I can't find it on Spotify, is anybody able to create a playlist for Sans Attendre for me and other people? I see a few Sans Attendre playlists but when I click on them, the playlist is apparently empty.

There's probably three or four in here that rank near the top of my top 200 Celine songs [top 30] - I couldn't be more satisfied with this album! She sounds phenomenal on some of these - Si je n'ai rien en toi in particular currently being one of my favourites for her vocals [that last note is amazing!]

After I listened to the album once, here's what I think:

 

Parler à mon père - as I already said, beautiful lyrics but the melody is too simple, I'd say it doesn't match the lyrics

Le miracle - somewhat joyful melody, relaxing but...nothing much special about it except the message of the lyrics

Qui peut vivre sans amour? - maybe its sound doesn't fit the rest of the album but it's definitely one of my favourites

L'amour peut prendre froid - a nice surprise for me since I'm not a big fan of Johnny, I felt some kind of passion in this song

Attendre - nice song, I think it could make a successful single if ever released

Une chance qu'on s'a - emotional, classy, some kind of a jazzy feeling, I like it

La mer et l'enfant - I think I'll skip this song, just not my cup of tea

Moi quand je pleure - the only thing I like about it are the lyrics, melody is again too simple for me although I think it has an interesting ending

Celle qui m'a tout appris - definitely a favourite of mine, it gives me a good feeling when I listen to it

Je n'ai pas besoin d'amour - one of the best on this album, made me cry

Si je n'ai rien de toi - another very nice song

Que toi au monde - I can feel Celine put much emotion in this one, it's very touching for me

Tant de temps - jazzy feeling again, old-fashioned but in a good way

Les petits pieds de Léa - bittersweet song, reminds me a little of Celine's early work, gives me almost the same warm feeling of her 80s songs

Ne me quitte pas - I love this song, another one that makes me cry, it's so beautiful

Les jours comme ça - another one that (maybe) doesn't exactly fit this album since its sound is more contemporary than the others but it's a good one

 

I like this album, seems a little different from what Celine's done so far. But...to be honest, I wouldn't actually say it's one of her best. Maybe 7/10.
