Have been listening to it nonstop for hrs, tbh I’m glad that Celine released a soft ballad instead of an uptempo radio-fit song as the latter is never the best choice to enjoy the flavour of Celine’s voice. I adore every bit of it, as said it resembles a lot the D’eux and SSD era vibe and tone, guess the only thing missing would be the sweetness in her voice, which I found quite weird as I can hear that in Love Again and I’ll Be (I was extremely THRILLED when I listened to them the first time!!!) yet not this time… For me this is undoubtedly one of the best traits In Celine’s voice that I treasure a lot🥹❤️

Maybe a third single… I think Celine will release the next single in summer written by Ycare… he’s more known for summery uptempo feel! I’m willing to bet it should’ve been the first single but JJG single was gonna get the lead no matter what from Celine. It’s a beautiful song I agree, but just like “My Love” is will probably shine more live and doesn’t have business being a single… LET ALONE THE COMEBACK single!

I don't necessarily think she needs a "comeback single," but that will probably be the next one. And yeah, this is probably her final song with JJG so it has to come first. I sort of view this as part of the residency rollout, like an invitation to the fans. It's also very vocal-forward, the instrumental is very subdued and mixed down and they really did a great job with the reverb / vocal production. This song is more like "proof of concept," it exists to demonstrate to the general public that her voice is in good shape and send a sentimental message to her fans that she's ready to "dance" with us. Seems fitting that the (lyric) video just shows people dancing in Paris. If this song hits number one it won't be because they were trying for it.

I haven’t listened to it yet. But I’m so pumped up by those comments saying it sounds very much like some songs from D’eux and SSA. I’ve been going through a special re-discovery of them lately, which has been delightful. I hope this new single sets the tone for the next French album.

First listening ; i wasnt sure because i didnt expected that kind of song.

Second listening : i'm in love with that song. Reminds me of the mood from "D'eux" like j'attendais very softly and gentle like a poem. And the bit of les derniers seront les premiers at the end is lovely. Love her voice. She is Celine again! ❤️❤️❤️
