This sounds like a song that will play in the movie during a montage after Mira finding out that Rob was the unknown texter, and they broke up, and she’s broken hearted and he can’t stop thinking about her at work and it’ll probably be raining, etc…. And she's just turned 55. Fingers crossed her lucky number doesn't let her down this year. The song is cute and I am happy to have it but, for my taste, it's not one I'll be repeating that much. My favorite part is at 2:20.The song fits the vibe of the movie imo. Emotional, hopeful, not overly dramatic since it's a rom-com not a romance epic. Maybe the other songs will be more "bombastic" lol. I'm excited to hear the other 4. Quote

Happy it's resonating more with others, though. On the positive side, I'm happy of course to have a new Céline track (although I'm more interested in hearing the other new songs). The lyrics and sentiment are strong - nicely subtle and empathetic. Her pronunciation is MUCH better than most of Courage. And the middle-8 is very nice. On the other hand, Céline's head voice is probably the part of her register that I like least and it's where she tends to go most nasal. Practically a whole song in her head voice is just not really for me. She still sounds fine overall - I've nothing against the song, really; it's just not one I'll listen to that often in the future (but it won't bother me when it comes on, either). They really went a bit overboard with the airbrush on the soundtrack cover - Céline looks like Bicentennial Man! 1 Quote
