This song is getting better and better by each listen for me, and it was an instant winner for me from the first listen.

 

It’s funny because if I’m being honest, I can’t remember the last Celine Dion song that I loved on the first listen…. The bedroom voice is really something I just couldn’t learn to 100% embrace. So no bedroom voice FINALLY!!! And the second factor is the emotion that she’s giving in that song, it’s not fake and it’s not to forced, you can tell Celine FEELS the lyrics and the song and it makes it believable and authentic.

 

I think this may overall, with all those things taken into consideration, be my FAVORITE Celine songs since something off of the “One Heart” album…. And I’m usually one for the big held out notes that last for 7 years, and I don’t miss it with this final product!

 

Let’s get that YouTube video up to 1 million people!!

Sony Music Entertainment Canada/Columbia Records has announced LOVE AGAIN (Soundtrack from The Motion Picture) will bereleased on May 12.

The 14-track album is available for pre-order now and features five new Celine Dion songs, including the title track “Love Again” written by Dan Wilson and Arista Records artist ROSIE, listen HERE.

The soundtrack features the first new music from Celine since her 2019 album Courage, along with six of Celine’s past hits, as well as three of the film’s score selections. Watch the lyric video for “Love Again”:

I m listening to this song in repeat since yesterday. So beautiful, so in point. It seems Céline has done her grieving. In 2016, when we got Recovering, i found the emotion was forced. The same in a lot of Courage songs. I think because she wanted to be strong. It was strenght, but not real one. Here, she is so just, so real, like in peace. It s Amazing. Why is TC,Sony not promoting it much?

I really love this song. But I have just one regret. There is a badly edited/smoothed breath transition between two takes at 2:54, after the word "emotion". It sounds like some sort of glitch and it really bothers me and takes me off the perfection of the song.

 

I think Sony could fix this really easily and replace the files available on all platforms. Do you hear it too?

Reminds me of the glitches they never fixed in "Shallow" and "I'll never love again" from A star is born, they won't bother more with this one!

It seems old school recording methods were more reliable for the final result.

 

I also remember the Courage music video had a similar glitch, that luckily was not present in the audio only version.

I do remember with Britney's latest song with Elton fans were complaining about her voice being too low on the mix and they reuploaded the audio 2 days after its release.

After many listens, I got emotional because it reminded me of my dog. She passed away a couple of years ago and I’ve always said that I would never get another dog because it was very painful losing her. 😢

Oh this same thing happens in Lovers Never Die... I think it's more of a common sound from Celine's breathing in the recent years...

So I don't think it's a mistake in editing, but Celine herself is breathing that way now... Maybe for her desease?

The "glitch" is in the middle of Celine's taking breath to sing a new phrase, so it's definitely her....
