You can tell Humberto Gatica was not involved as the song sounds different. Humberto always manages to make her sound grand and lets her voice shine. I wonder why he was not involved. He did a gret job on Recovering. It was an emotional song as well but she sounded cristal clear and perfect.

I'm pleasantly surprised. It's such a lovely song. I didn't have high expectations. I was anticipating more vocals like the Courage songs. But - like others have said - it's such a gentle, fragile delivery from Celine. With much clearer singing. And the lyrics are touching - especially considering what Celine's been through with the loss of Rene. I think it's the perfect song for her right now. I hope her new music and film are a success! I'll probably buy it on iTunes just to see her climb the chart… it's such a rare opportunity.

 

And I can see this being a beautiful song live.

 

Hopefully this will capture the attention of Celine's more casual fans who haven't been keeping up with her music in recent years.

I'm definitely going to buy the full soundtrack!

I listened to the song for the first time: Yes, the lyrics are emotional and heartfelt. She sings with her head voice, that's why she sounds a little bit nasal, but it's OK, it fits the song. Glad to listen to our Queen again.

As I stumbled upon her tune, my cognition was limited, my emotions were suppressed. The initial notes failed to capture my attention, and I was on the verge of disregarding it as another mundane melody:

However, as the chorus struck me, it felt as if a lightning bolt pierced through the depths of my soul:

The words she sang were a lifeline, thrown at me just in the nick of time. I found myself at a precarious point in life, teetering on the edge of an emotional cliff, clinging on for dear life. Yet, she was there, urging me to persist, reminding me that each step could bring a new feeling.

 

It's intriguing how often we focus on uncovering solutions, seeking answers, and striving towards a destination that we overlook the journey. We forget to relish the scenery along the way, the little moments of bliss that make life worth living.

 

And then, she hit me with the bridge, delivering a powerful message that reverberated throughout my being:

As someone who has been wounded before, someone who fears the vulnerability of opening up and the possibility of being hurt again, those words were like a healing salve to my soul.
