Wonder if Irene will, and if we’ll get more Q&As with her other than just the one in Portland. I want to hear about the “making of”, particularly the change of direction from what this originally was supposed to be when announced in Sept’21.

 

All of these are on Jan 17. Same day as the 1st Canadian screening (that we know of) in Toronto. So I wonder if they’ll treat one of these as an official premiere.

I have seen nothing about a screening in Montreal. Kind of strange if didn't have one.

I wouldn't have driven the few hours necessary to go to one of the screenings, so imagine how happy I am that I just happen to be in NYC on 6/17 and able to attend the screening...

I think these might be press screenings that they're also opening up to fans/ whoever is signed up for Amazon Screenings to fill the room.

If you look at the AMC or Regal sites and search one of the Amazon screening dates, it doesn't show up. And both the AMC and Regal sites list it opening on Jun 21 (Fri). Also doesn't show up on the Alice Tully public calendar, which leads me to believe those Jun 17 screenings are Amazon renting the venues for a private/ promotional event (which also explains why its Mon; easiest/ cheapest day to rent a cinema).

So, I think there might be more general screenings to come Jun 21, after the limited press/ fan pre-screenings on Mon.

Unless I can get into a Celine or Irene attending screening, I’ll be waiting to stream on the 25th… but that’s good to know. However, the Las Vegas screening could be one I could see Celine popping up as a surprise… so anyone in that area it might me worth trying to get in.

I just read the fine print on the poster, and it states that seating is “first come, first serve basis” and that the “screenings are OVERBOOKED to ensure capacity” and it states the doors open 1 hour prior to the show time. Just a heads up to people attending, just in case the turnout is big as a heads up.

I'm not into this, I would think that a theater screening would take place 1 or 2 months before it's available for streaming.

Will it sell tickets if it's also available at the same time at home?
