I watched the documentary, it's so well done, realistic.

It made me realize that Celine is not happy, she is lonely and must miss René a lot.

She looks very tired too.

It's difficult to watch the Love Again sessions, a simple song and her struggling to give her best.

I believe it will reinvent itself.

I don't charge anything if she can't return to the stage, I prefer that she is well, besides, she can present a talk show, make films, who knows what the future holds.

Looks like it's still the #1 movie on Amazon Video worldwide, and it's streaming better than Bridgerton, which is damn good!

Love seeing that it’s #1 on Amazon in the US. Shows she’s still a big deal here. Did the Love Again movie hit #1 on Netflix?

 

I bet it’s healing for Celine’s soul to see how well received this documentary is. She put her truth out there… after 17 years of confusion and secrets. Now she can carve out her next chapter on her terms, with everyone knowing her journey.

''I think I was very good'' is the line that hit me the most in the entire documentary. So much pain and defeat when she says so. :down:

 

She is also very humble not to describe herself as ''outstanding'' that we all view her as.

Oh yes that made me so sad to hear.

I think it did for just a few hours though. This documentary having the success it’s having is a way BIGGER deal!

Can I just say that I love the outpouring for Celine on social media. However, I am sick of seeing posts saying take away Celine’s pain and give it to……

 

It’s disgusting. No one should wish this on anyone else. When did people become so cruel.

Do you like the docu? I watched it 2 times and I'm still in shock about the SPS crisis scene at the end. At the moment it's #3 in Germany.

I really like it! :) But I wish there was more new current footage. Everything new was shown very shortly. I wish there was a longer version for the fans. How do you like it?

For those of you who have read a bunch of the reviews for the documentary, are there a few that stand out from the rest? I’m looking to read 3-5 reviews but I don’t necessarily want to read them all.

Just watched for the second time. So impressed. The Love Again session, it is so sad to see her struggle. And to see her in pain afterwards is just so awful. No one should experience such things. Celine was always an invincible super strong woman for me, but she is just human. She must have felt so much stress from expectations from the world. I am happy that she is free now and just wish her health and the opportunity to do what she loves the most: sing.

And it proves to the industry that she's still very much bankable, globally. This, the Hoda interview ratings, plus really high viewership for all the other "exclusive" interviews. She's still a major draw, and I think more beloved than ever. Sony just needs to do a proper job with her recording career, because the way they handled Courage was pitiful.

 

Now hoping that Joyce Smyth, her new co-manager, will know how to leverage this success to other projects with better marketing plans than the previous ones cool.png

My only complaint about the documentary is that I could have used another 3 hours! I loved it. I love that Irene was not a Celine fan. I love seeing her interpretation of Celine and her career.

Is there a chance Irene and Celine might start filming a new documentary soon, or maybe have already started? Focusing on her rehabilitation and return to Vegas?

 

Or was their collaboration a 1-time thing and no more doc anytime soon?

I wish Irene would’ve captured her vocal training during the IACD documentary… but I don’t think she rehabbing her voice yet, now she is.
