I’m getting increasingly suspicious it’ll be a NY residency! Just because her social media team actually seems to be on the ball now, and they were quite strategic with that Neyo post… so that Billy Joel post has all my wheels turning 😅

 

It sounds logistically very infeasible but hey maybe NY is better for the treatments she needs or something… and I’m biased for it being on my side of the country lol

The girl from the Red Heads straight up asked Céline if Vegas was next (on Saturday when she was leaving the hotel). Céline completely and purposely ignored the question (she clearly heard it as she had been interacting with the girl right before). Exactly, works for me. Or even a Paris residency at some stage. I am sure it will be Vegas though. Still dreading seeing the prices and the demand for the tickets. The more she is attracting the public's attention the worse those things become for the fans that were there all along.

Didn’t they say in a statement when the show was being postponed that people impacted by the cancelled Vegas shows would get access to tickets first? I’d imagine they’ll extend that to CWT ticket holders too.

 

I’m so impatient for dates as I want to get a trip booked. Hoping it’s soon.

I’m pretty sure she gets most of her treatment at home, and that’s also the place she’s most accustomed to for her therapy (and also closer to Colorado where Dr. Piquet is). Also, she has that contract with Resorts Word, she was involved in designing the place after all! No way her return to regular shows will happen anywhere else.

I’m thinking they’ll charge debatably reasonable prices at first, and by that I mean the regular already high Céline prices, but the demand will be insane. Then, they’ll increase the prices for the second round of shows that goes on sale, so that they don’t have to go up to 200 shows a year. Then it will be a problem lol.

I think they’ll announce it with less time in advance than they used to, maybe two or three months, certainly for the first shows as I’m sure there’ll be enough demand. So an Aug/Sep announcement could still work for Nov/Dec shows in my view.

 

Also, I’ve never been to Vegas during the winter but surely it can’t be too bad for a dip

I think if it’s gonna be November/December then the announcement will be within the next 7-10 days and if it’s early next year they might leave it 3-4 weeks before announcing it.

You would hope. As I said previously I only didn't buy tickets for the residency because I already had tickets to see her in 4 places in Europe. If Vegas is the only option then of course I would go there.

Yeah I won’t wait to book Vegas. If it’s announced I’ll be there. I always took it for granted she’d be somewhere in the world doing shows but the break and uncertainty has changed my outlook.

Since the Courage tour was cancelled. I think they should release the tour in digital. I mean, it’s a big production. The overall visuals are amazingly beautiful. It would be a waste if not released worldwide via digital. They can scrap away the DVD since now we’re in digital era
