Even if it’s canceled, it doesn’t mean all hope is lost. The treatments are in process.

 

They probably should’ve canceled in December in one swoop when she made her announcement - but perhaps Celine wanted to hold onto hope… or maybe it was logistical / strategic reasons why they didn’t go ahead and cancel at that time.

 

But this has been such a tough road lately. I just hope her doctors can keep her spasms under control and she’s able to lead a comfortable, pain free day to day life.

And unfortunately I feel the silence does spell bad news. It did before. If we go by history. And add to that the article on her winding down day to day business operations and now the sale of homes…tour tickets suddenly being “zero” available…I think the writings allllll over the wall she’s done. There was a news segment recently on Polish tv in the evening about Celine, that she is one of the most talented and skilled singers in world’s history and that she will have shows in Poland in 2024!

 

Apparently something is happening, also given the Las Vegas rumors about her comeback in 2024. Looks like she is getting better.

How do you know she is not able to make a small video? Maybe it was a personal decision, or a business decision for a big come back a bit later. Who knows. I'm not saying she is doing better, but not doing a video is not indicative of the contrary. Also it would have had little impact in terms of promo anyway.

What the point of not communicating when you have an album and your first movie out. Come on ! They also postponed the movie waiting for her to be able to do the promo. So clearly she is not able to promote it and even make a small video message.

Is there really anything surprising about the fact she's selling houses and laying off staff? The tour has been put on hold for 3+ years, she used to have regular income as she's been performing non-stop since 2011... and now she was diagnosed with one of the rarest condition on this planet... she can't live the same way she used to and probably had some time to think it all through.

 

Now let's just wait for what's going to be announced for this tour but I bet on June as well.

The question is, why wait? Surely any public relations manager would know that after nearly 5 years and 3 postponements, the sooner they let people know, the better.

I know.. She’s very quiet on all fronts I expected maybe a statement from her on Tina turners passing (as most musicians are ) but nothing. It just really makes me worry

Well, we need more patience and just wait for the next update from her team.

 

I think this assumptions wouldn’t be good at all for all of us. Since all are just assumptions. We really don’t know what’s happening.

 

Let’s just be optimistic and not be negative. Or I will assume you guys enjoy this. And assume you’re a lamb LOL jk

 

But I hope my feelings were right that she’ll be ok so we can see her again perform or at least act in a new movie.

To add that Céline were so positive through the years. I think that’s a good influence that we need to embrace.

 

I really love her talk with Taylor (if you guys remember the guy in the wheelchair in A New Day…) she’s so positive.

Definitely- but it’s gotta be draining on the fans. It’s getting ridiculous to see them continuously postponing. I think if it’s postponed again , there will be a mass amount requesting refunds over waiting . It’s just been too long.

Celine is well off financially. Even when not peroforming she could generate money. She could publish the new biography, she could release concert DVDs, she could release albums with unreleased songs etc. etc.

There are many ways to grow your wealth when you have that much money. Investments, etc. She has plenty of money to never work again.

Yes for god sake get it out already - tens of thousands of people still have tickets and the shows start over the summer when people could be making other plans if - and when - they get cancelled. It’s not good service.

Yes, there's no reason *not* to cancel -- unless her contract is a contract from hell.

 

But, just to avoid all the dumb online chatter about how she's done forever, then I'd be fine with them not canceling for the time being.

Sounds weird but if they postpone the 2023 shows to a later date it somehow gives me also a little bit of hope.

 

When they cancel it will feel that it's definitely the end of.

 

With these tourdateswe we are sure that we get to hear 'something' whether it's good or bad news, we know we will hear something from her.

 

When there is nothing to postpone or cancel, I'm afraid we will not hear from her for a very very very long time.

 

It's selfish I know. But damn how I miss her.
