No and considering how thoughtful Celine always is, recording videos for social media to apologize to the fans that bought tickets for her Vegas show and nothing but nothing from her side….that is really kind of alarming imo..

 

And yes Omicron is getting more serious. Our government announced another hard lockdown starting this morning and ending 14th of January……there we go again..# The Netherlands

I’d be shocked if the tour goes on as scheduled. Also (and I’m sure this is going to be an unpopular opinion) I’m really disappointed in her and her team. You don’t ask people to spend thousands to come see you in Vegas, cancel with barely any notice, and then disappear. This is not normal.

I agree and it is quite strange because she always records a little video to apologize to her fans and that she is sorry and hopefully make up for the lost time. But this time, nothing, no announcement, no small video. That makes me thing, is it really that serious ….? It is not what we usually see. It's how they usually operate. Celine never made a video regarding the initial cancellation of the Courage tour either.

Actually, it hasn't even been 2 years yet. She performed the CWT all through Jan, Feb and early March of 2020. March of 2022 will be two years since her last stadium show.

She did a few interviews when she launched her RW residency back in April/May. She’s been out in the public eye, just not very often.

I don't mind that she didn't give a Christmas message. Wasn't expecting it. She's still healing or didn't feel like. Plus, when she comes back it will have way more impact.

 

Besides, more people need to appreciate her version of "Oh Holy Night" anyway, I was quite happy Team Celine posted the long clip of it.

I know it doesn't mean much, but at least they're still assuming it'll go ahead.
