We saw Luc Plamondon in the foyer and then he also did a standing ovation, The concert was excellent. Got to hear "Le Blues du Buisnessman", "Oxygene", "Je danse dans ma tete"... It was great. And vegas is usually way excessive...this tour isnt nearly as playback heavy as past. At least we're at the point she is lipping the same old songs but not introducing new songs to us also in playback (hasnt really been the case since 2013). The introducing of EOM, alone, TC, and TJTWIM to lip was stupid.Creating covers in vegas 2011 so she could lip Michael Jackson and goldfinger was stupid.Same with the bee gees covers in LTAL, same with I wish in a new day... Honestly now the covers she adds at least you can visually tell she enjoys them and she is actually singing them. 2 Quote

Lets keep in mind that she is singing primarily to the general public, not the superfans that follow her every move. Most people can't tell either way. Yet, YTV is still there, and the God-awful medley will probably still be there. Those are perfect spots for her to give a nod to her French roots. If she is to do covers, at least do damn covers of well-known French songs from singers in her home country. Not doing so just stinks of sell out commercialism with little to no artistry. Quote
