over and over gain. I'm overwhelmed the medley is not out yet.

 

I wish some fans will talk to her, we love her and fans deserve to enjoy the new songs, is that too much to ask?

 

I love her deepen voice, she has killed TP, she can do shows out of this world, I can't get it.

 

But at this point, if you ask me? She has to take some years off, the marathonian LV jail

has sadly killed all her motivation + she has been given bad advices more than ever.

 

Someone has to believe in her, since she doesn't believe in herself then things change. Sadly.

Speaking of dead silence, when she first mentioned “maybe you know I released a new album”, I screamed back “NUMBER ONE!!!” and there was zero reaction from her OR anyone else in the crowd. I was kind of surprised nobody seemed to care.

I thought the medley was “fun”, but kept thinking “why does she see/feel the need to sing the entire song?!” SHORTENED VERSIONS, Céline. But it’s not like she’d add anything new in its place. Utter shame. The crowd was bopping to Imperfections, and I think they would have loved other new ones too!!!

From Chicago`s Concert!

The arena where Celine gives her concert is 4 minutes walk from my flat. I can actually see it through my window. Only reason why I decided to keep my ticket. She will be THAT close so I would rather attend. Had I known the set-list I would have never bought a ticket. Given the circumstances I will attend half-heartedly. This is the sad truth. Not looking forward to it.

 

You’ll have a blast either way. It’s really obvious she’s enjoying herself, and not just going through the motions. It’s hard not to enjoy yourself too! I decided to go in with zero expectations, and it was one of the most memorable nights in my life. (Certainly better than the auto-pilot show I saw in Vegas last May, where she had absolutely no fire — except during YOURE THE VOICE ).

 

By the time she gets to you, she’ll probably have gotten bored with something and added new songs.

I agree. She needs a manager and someone to give her constructive feedback as a matter of urgency. Her relationship with Pepe is not helping either. Apparently on soundcheck she did Perfect goodbye and Change my mind... So who knows what the future will bring...

Didn't she rehearse Imperfections during soundcheck a few concerts before adding it to the show? I think I remember someone mentioning she did Imperfections at soundcheck but didn't sing it during that show. Hopefully the same will happen with these two new songs.

I just genuinely don’t get it. Sure, I understand it takes time to work on new songs and get them ready like Eric alluded to in his tweet. But are they just now working on them? That’s the only thing I can think of. I just wish as much as she “loves” this album she would include a song. Yes, it’s her tour without René, but I would think he would want her to show the world she is capable and has a new album full of songs that says she CAN go on. I’m just saying.

That pretty much confirms that there are not that many hardcore fans at her concerts. And I think most of the general public has no idea about that new album. People who aren't that much into music don't really get the fact that a tour called Courage is actually tied to an album called Courage (even if it's only 2 songs ). Haven't watched anything from yesterday so i dont know whether her voice was flawless or not and i couldn't care less about the corded mic, but its time for this setlist to CHANGE and to include more songs from the new album. I don't care if the album is no 1 or no 1000, if its being streamed or if people dislike it, but to see her perform songs that are not even hers when she just released new material, its the most absurd thing i have seen in the the last 2 years that i've been a hardcore fan of hers. I could find logic in many things they've chosen so far, but there is no logic in this setlist anymore.

 

So i guess now we are waiting for the 2020 shows, right? Happy new year.

You know i have to say, i pretty much committed to the idea of going to SEVERAL shows before we ever knew the setlist.

 

Partially, it is what it is. She is still on fire. She enjoys it, the crowd eats it up. And generally, she still sounds great.

 

Yes i hate the setlist. It's awful. But being there it doesn't seem that bad.

 

And it's not wrong to want celine to feel more invested in her own music. I feel the same...it just is sad we have 20 beautiful songs that she is ignoring.

As much as I gripe about the lack of new songs, I have to admit Courage every night is so beautiful. I love love love this song. It’s just what she needed and it shows. I really cannot wait to hear it live
