100% agree. The 2017 tour was incredible, but to me her best setlist ever was the 2016 Summer Tour. So many unexpected gems

Random thought of the day: Even though the setlist desperately needs to be changed, this is one of the top moments of the show for me. Vocals on point, emotional performance and a new unexpected approach to the song

 

 

I love this song. I think it is her closest to classical music without being dated. It has this very ageless feeling because of the melody.

 

And this world tour interpretation is the most amazing one. So happy she is singing the duet version alone hence singing in both English and Italian and giving the audience a very unique take on the song.

 

For me the highlight of this tour, and more generally one of the highlight of her touring life.

I agree. The original duet version of this was pleasant enough, but what she's doing with it now, as a solo, is on another level.

Definitely a highlight of the set list.

And I honestly thought Céline put that show together. But I’m starting to think more and more that it was kind of René’s last work, something he did before he passed, or the influence of manager Aldo. I thought it was FENOMENAL!

In my opinion everything after that went downhill. I wish she had a real good manager again, someone who is a fan of HER music and of her as an artist. I don’t know who is advising her now. Not so good advise in my opinion... :-(

As much we have our qualms over the setlist... I do have to admit I am looking forward to Sunday. I miss her! Just seeing her on stage is so heartwarming!

Why would they? They will definitely do some changes for the Chicago show but I think after that, the show will stay pretty much the same until the European leg. My biggest fear is that they will cut songs.

I arranged to do so around celine's concert and i am going to take him and another friend both. Well i noticed they had just ONE front row seat available at standard ticket...so i bought it...will get the other two later. I hope they aren't upset but i couldn't pass that up!

I hope you take a pic of their faces when you get to the venue and tell them: My seat is in the front row and you guys are at the back.

Oh well I'm sure they won't mind as it's a gift anyway.

I mean, Céline said they will add songs from the album now that it’s released. I wish she will do that. And i hope ‘Lying Down’ will be included again. I’m so ok with ‘You’re The Voice’ being remove and replace it with a new song from the album

Things look good with tickets sells for this Chicago gig, for Indianapolis many tickets

are still left, maybe people waiting to see what will be the setlist.

 

Seeing her grosses so far (Good for her)

there is no need to have those high prices, after all, she just enjoy performing, at this stage

in her career, right?

 

During some decades, prices were at a normal rate, and no one "died" from it.

There were many good and quailty gigs out there, I really loved how many of them

were that simply, but yet, with a lot of soul and out-of-this-world renditions (Celine/Shania/Mariah etc gigs from the 90's).

 

And what can be more lovely than to have more fans

getting to see her, from a normal seat in a reasonable price, even in Latin America

and other countries she never visit. I think that's the reason she never came to Spain

or Portugal, the promoters couldn't take the risk with the sick evil prices she asks for.

 

It seems that once she visit a "new" country

they will come with those sick evil prices for tickets, just like they did shamefully here

and in Asia.

 

For fans in Asia, if she will come, be ready that prices will get even higher

than it was for the last time she came there. Here we say: Greediness knows no shame.

 

It came out a bit long, but no harm in thinking about so many fans out there that are still waiting to see her

for the first time in their life, but could never afford that. Long live the humbleness.

The listed showtime is at 7:30, but I am wondering if the show actually promptly starts at 7:30 or if she will first have an opening act or start later than 7:30?
