As for promotion I guess soon it will start, and hope to see some creativity with it

who knows maybe some tiny special things for the album.

 

I don't see her doing any live appearances since she needs to perseve her voice.

 

The boxscore isn't that bad, honestly it could have been worst, given the high evil insane tickets

and not knowing how the show will look like and people wasn't so willing to go after seeing the setlist

but all that can get better.

Its about 60 concerts in USA, what people would expect? It´s too much concerts, and there are about 20 in Canada.

And I think the concerts are full of people, 90%, 95% are great.

I already saw fans writing her, on her official accounts, they won't dare to pay those prices,

well they were mainly from European countries.

And yes, saw as well lots of articles stating tickes prices got really lowered once the day of the show arrives

and those were the front row tickets, so that just proves me once again, they have no shame to abuse fans

and to abuse our love and apperciation for her, and Celine herself being part of it, just makes all even wrost.

 

Needless to say my dream of enjoying her show, after waiting decades, (for the meanwhile)

has been destroyed thanks to this sick greediness.

I'm trying to stay positive, but those things are behind me and behind any shame at this point.

I was there in Louisville and it was not packed. There was a section - 330 maybe? - with 1 person in it. 1.

And then we'll probably have to wait for Europe til the setlist finally gets good. Then the next continent. Then the tour's finale show for sure!!

 

The reality is, as things stand, we had more “new songs” during Live 2017 when she performed “Recovering” and “How Does A Moment Last Forever” and also Live 2018 when we had “Recovering” and “Ashes” than we do in this new world tour named after a new album with 20 brand new original songs. It’s just weird to be honest. Does she not like her new songs? Can’t she sing them?

 

The songwriters and producers must be baffled as to why their material - some of which has been recorded for years waiting to be released - isn’t being performed.

 

People keep saying everything will change when the album is released so I guess we will find out in Montreal on 18th November.

Your initial reaction was a bit extreme, specifically since it was 1. 94% sold out; and 2. one single date. This comes from a person that appreciate and agree with 99% of your posts here and on ukmix. As I already mentionned, considering the number of shows in North America, we can't expect the everage gross revenu to be as high as during the mini tours.

I’m happy to announce our Québécois chanteuse is in perfect shape and knows what a crowd (that she hasn’t visited in a decade) wants, the Detroit crowd tonight was loving all the hits! My thoughts are (after not understanding her US marketing strategy for almost two decades) that the current leg of the tour is for the fans that fill a venue (which they did tonight!).....and didn’t travel to Vegas to see the hits. Celine has been in the industry for years/decades/quarter century and has always had to grow as an artist, I don’t see this moment being any different and I’m excited for the new album and the future for her. I’ve grown to understand Celine is a human that has given her all for so long and deserves to do whatever she wants artistically while remaining professional. We’ve seen so many great artists destroy themselves trying to please fans instead of balancing their personal developmental needs. It was great to see Celine receive our love and in return provide us with her all!

 

She played many of the hits and the crowd went crazy each time, it’s what they want. She sang Courage and Lying Down but unfortunately they aren’t appreciated as much but were stellar performances. It’ll be interesting to see what the future holds!

Hey! Just had to share that I just got home from the show in Detroit. It was incredible. The energy was amazing. She was so into it. I was right up by the stage. She was relaxed and sounded so free and open and wonderful. I never post on here because I don’t like the fighting and negative stuff, but really wanted to share with you how amazing the Detroit crowd was for her, and how PHENOMENAL she sounded.
