sarit_celine Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:33 PM Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:33 PM I have the feeling that this will be her last massive world tour like this. Which may be why she's agreeing to such a demanding schedule. I foresee her taking a big break after the tour and then pulling a Streisand where she only does a 20 show tour hitting only major cities. Or she goes back to Vegas for a 3rd residency with far fewer shows per year. All that seems very reasonable things to do, less pressure on her Quote "Needed in the chaos and confusion, from the plains to City HallNeeded where the proud who walk the wire are set to fall"
couldawouldashoulda Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:39 PM Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:39 PM All those ticket sales managed to distract me for a while, but now I'm really starting to miss her...I'm driving everyone insane with the incessant replaying of my Québec videos, I really need new material 😂 6 more days. I’ve been watching the opening night videos over and over for weeks too! I’ve got to keep my eyes off of any info about the English shows though. Am traveling to see my best friend in Cincinnati and taking her to Celine’s show while I’m there. It’ll be Celine’s fourth English set list concert (unless Ottawa isn’t a mixed set) and I want to keep myself unspoiled! 1 Quote
Xpresso Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:40 PM Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:40 PM Céline always gets sick on the long run ( not blaming her, just stating ) , she even got sick on her european promo tour of Taking Chances ( and it was all lipped :-) ). Who doesn't get sick touring the world for one year!!? False, TC tour was not all lipped. 1 Quote
Céline RO Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:48 PM Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:48 PM Definitely think the National Stadium would be a better choice logistically for sound and visuals etc... so if it is there, thats her 2nd Official stadium show in the European section Aren’t the Paris shows considered stadium shows as well? Quote The best is yet to come...
AdrienneM Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:52 PM Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:52 PM Aren’t the Paris shows considered stadium shows as well? They are, however some members on here seemed to disagree to the point of b*tchin 🙄 Quote

emi&celine Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:59 PM Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:59 PM I don't know what is happening with Céline's shows in Antwerp or not but...look at what you can find when typing "teleticketservice Celine Dion" on google: https://scontent.fbru1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/72358475_3657851904240626_8288560598015279104_n.jpg?_nc_cat=104&_nc_oc=AQm61DeUlu5gRq-O3epuNtG2mxEuGUp_Gyt7NsDGhRpqqSpeJ5JLX3fSPCAEhPeewYk&_nc_ht=scontent.fbru1-1.fna&oh=60f0c84eec6bd7e704fac162156d8cbd&oe=5E1AE7D5 :hmm: Quote
sarit_celine Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:59 PM Posted October 9, 2019 at 07:59 PM I wonder if there will be any changes in the setlist for the two last Canadian datesbefore the American Leg starts. Hopefully in 6 days she is back! By the way, the ticket prices for her show in Cleveland is way cheaper than here I wonder if that's a price reduction that was made or not, since I don't rememberwhat were the prices when this show went for a general public sale Quote "Needed in the chaos and confusion, from the plains to City HallNeeded where the proud who walk the wire are set to fall"
Céline RO Posted October 9, 2019 at 08:26 PM Posted October 9, 2019 at 08:26 PM Apparently, both Helsinki dates are fully sold out? 1 Quote The best is yet to come...
emi&celine Posted October 9, 2019 at 08:36 PM Posted October 9, 2019 at 08:36 PM Apparently, both Helsinki dates are fully sold out? It looks like they actually are! If there is indeed a 3rd show in Antwerp...I hope it won't take place on June 1 like written on Google...that would mean 3 nights in a row for Céline in two different cities! Quote
AdrienneM Posted October 9, 2019 at 09:31 PM Posted October 9, 2019 at 09:31 PM (edited) I still cant believe Vieilles Charrues sold out in 9 minutes, all 6 Paris dates were gone in like an hour and both Oslo shows sold out instantly Edited October 9, 2019 at 09:31 PM by AdrienneM 4 Quote

Balao Posted October 10, 2019 at 12:26 AM Posted October 10, 2019 at 12:26 AM I'm so happy to have my tickets finally for July 3rd, 13th row. Will it be a lucky 13? Yes, of course, with a bit of Céline Dion magic! Quote

AdrienneM Posted October 10, 2019 at 06:34 AM Posted October 10, 2019 at 06:34 AM It is an arena since it has a roof. Thats not how it works... Friends Arena has a roof; not an arena. Stade Pierre-Mauroy has a roof; not an arena. Gelredome has a roof; not an arena. In europe it seems the word “Arena” is often used when referring to stadiums, dont as me why Quote

That's not a lot of Courage on your part! Try traveling the world for one year and see if you don't get at least a cold or a stomach virus. The show must go on! 1 Quote

fred Posted October 10, 2019 at 02:43 PM Posted October 10, 2019 at 02:43 PM The best thing would had been if the Courage Tour had included only places she hasn't been in in a long while or rarely been in: North America, South America, South Africa, Mediterranian region and that's it. And having as few dates as possible. This quantaty over quality is a recepie too sure for disaster when it comes to her voice and energy (and if it all goes too bad: her reputation for no longer being able to sing). As greedy as I too am to see her live... there really wasn't a dire need for most parts of Europe this tour. And nor is there for Asia and Australia so I really really really hope she wont add dates for that. this tour is called a world tour, so she has to include more parts of the world than north america, europe and middle east. But after europe she can rest as long as she wants, before going to asia, australia, south africa and south america, where she should go with this tour as well. But no need for not enough rest between shows. She can and should rest as much as she wants and needs between legs and shows...This tour can take as long as Celine wants, it hasn't to be finished at a specific time, date or year. 2 Quote Peace and love to all.

If after 3 years of not touring Europe the sales are this crazy, imagine what would happen if she would wait even longer... I think by now Céline’s crazy performing schedule shouldn’t surprise anyone anymore as I think it’s pretty clear that Céline is more of a touring artist than a creative artist.
