The upside of all these several dates in one location here in Europe is that it actually increases the chances of a concert being filmed here. Would be nice to have the ENG leg to be filmed somewhere other than USA.

 

Yes I know it's not confirmed we'll get a live recording from this tour so no need to jump at me and lecture about that. But last ENG live release is from what now 10 years ago? So chances are we'll get one from this tour. And no Tokyo concert doesn't count - why? Coz was it ever meant to be anything but a tv broadcast?

If not, I guess that's why she did so much up front, in those couple of days in Montreal / Quebec? And I guess there's really no need seeing how well it's selling? I’m assuming they mean her not stopping in each city to do an interview? If so I get that. I hope she’s doing some press for the new album though! I don’t see why she wouldn’t do like Today or GMA since she’ll already be up in Montreal for the rescheduled shows. She could easily pop over and do a song or two. I know they did prefilm some for post release so I know we’ll at least get something.

During the TCWT, she did press in South Africa, Beijing, Paris, and she have done press in Australia when she had to cancel due to illness. I'm not sure though.

Yes, that's my understanding.

 

And yes, she'll be doing album promo, but that's separate from this point about her not doing tour press while actually on the tour.

So Céline is gonna perform 6 nights (so far) at that arena in Paris...so approximately 180.000 tickets to sell / sold ...that means 15 shows at the AccorHotels arena! 😱

I really hope FOMO is implemented in a bigger part of this tour. Yes, I understand it’s hard to sing the refrain night after night, so if she has to lip part of it, I understand wholeheartedly. But it’s a new song, it’s a FUN song, and the lyrics are so inspirational, at least for me, so I think people would get behind it. Plus, the beat is so much fun and she dances around with it so I think it would get people up and moving!
