The venue for the Bucharest show has been confirmed: Arena Națională (55000 seats, outdoor stadium, retractable roof)

 

Also, unfortunately for me, the date of the general sale has been officially announced as well. Luckily, no one has said a word about the presale date which I plan on keeping secret so I can buy tickets calmly

 

Tickets will cost between €47 and €178 depending on the proximity to the stage. VIP packages will be available and obviously cost more but nothing about them has been revealed yet.

I’ve been worried for many months that, because her mom is very old now, something bad could happen to her at any time. However, I think that if Céline decided it was ok for her to go on a huge world tour that probably means that her mom is doing fine.

Unless its a concert in Asia or Oceania, i highly doubt there will be any weather related issues in terms of concerts, shes managed to dodge hurricane season in the US and Europe doesnt have any weather types that would make her cancel, shes in indoor venues mostly anyway.

 

Considering this is a world tour and shes in different cities every 2nd night, flying in and out of somewhere isn’t practical. I cant even see her doing that in Europe due to how tight the schedule is

 

Its not healthy however to sit and speculate possible cancelling etc.

The box on the website just says that they will announce you when tickets are put on sale.

 

Yes, it is nice to help other fans. However, it’s not nice when you get a huge waiting line and the website crashes like for the Paris shows. Luckily, I don’t think that will be the case for the Bucharest show.

So from what I can piece together of what that tweet said, and thank you so much for that, it does sound like she'll be back on tomorrow night. So relieved! And agreed, so curious to see what she will sound like. I doubt it, but part of me, a very tiny one, hopes some changes will be made to the setlist due to so many disliking it so much. I for one am okay if not, though I accept I'm the only one... Just relieved if she really is okay enough to go on...

I absolutely hated the TC medley as well. I don't like when she thinks that people want to hear some random covers (well, at least I don`t, that`s for sure). I don't come to her expensive show to hear old songs from the 80s, which I actually hate (as a matter of fact, each time Another one bites the dust comes on the radio, I cange the station. I can't stand that song!). And who on earth needs Lady Marmolade in there? Purple rain was quite enjoyable for me, but this current medley is as bad as the TC medley.

 

 

 

Celine Dion is not a jukebox. Their concerts are not children's birthdays - not everyone gets exactly what they want.

 

Whether covers or new songs ... when I go to a Dion concert, I am pleased about her gigantic voice, her presence, her interpretations, her charisma on stage. I do not care if she does not sing the list of my favorite songs.

 

With so many different fan wish lists would have to sing for several years ....

She said in an interview a while ago that she'll be back and forth to Vegas since her kids will be in school and won't be on tour w/her. She was in Canada for the summer but w/the kids back in school she'll back there every 2-weeks or sooner. My guess is since Europe is over the summer month's they'll vacation in Europe as a family, like they did in Canada this summer (which I think was also to spend as much time as possible w/her mom).

Hehe - I'm at a major arena in the Midwest USA this week. My guess is that the tour will start early 2020, so they can announce as soon as Vegas concludes. Would support all of our guesses regarding the new album and a supporting tour. The question is, will it be just a big US tour, or world tour again?

Right. That's what I said LOL. She said in the interview she will back and forth, with the longest stretch of not seeing them being 2 weeks; meaning there will be times she's back earlier than that. Of course not after every show, that would just be exhausting. But if 2 weeks is the longest stretch it's reasonable to think each week or something like that she'll be back to Vegas.

Not just that, it's simply sick and evil.

They say "it's the first time she will go to this country

so they are "hitting the iron while it's still hot" and rob the hardcore fans

that for sure are all in ecstasy for her visit.

 

The most sad thing that could happen to me and I'm sure

for many others, is that this robbery

managed to took out all the joy I had to see her in a concert.

I know that this robbery will just get worst for the other concerts

she will have in the future.
