It is a rerun. The late night shows are all repeats due to the writers strike.

lol, how did you come up with that? I think it’s supposed to show a very simple appartment

I was joking…. :sofunny:

But it does kind of remind me of that, with the all the white look lol.

 

I always thought Celine looked great in the TTWII video but never understood the concept..: of Celine trapped in a room with people watching her … and then she flips the screen and they watch themselves.

 

However, nobody spins in an office chair like Celine! :D

yeah, the idea is strange. I wonder what they were intending to show. But Chairs video for Strong Enough has the exact same concept. Maybe it was just a thing back in the day

But I love the ANDHC and im Alive video. What a great idea to put her on a cloud or in an airplane! :D and all the scenes fit so well together with the mood and the colours!

I think the concept of the video is, that love, empathy and respect should not only be for the private life (yourself,family,friends,partners/ Celine in her apartment), but also in the society in general- if you stick together, you're gonna find the way... Celine turns the monitor to the people at the end. Love comes to those, who believe it...

I’ve been checking over a lot of the previous tour pages on Wikipedia to reminisce about them (if I saw them) or to remember stuff about them (so I can check out specific performances/songs/dates) and have noticed recently that two people have basically went through and gutted most of the set list sections of these Wikipedia pages. For example, the “Celine” residency page used to have every set list during its entire 8 year run listed, now, they only list the set list from the first year and have gutted all the notes about changes and swap arounds apart from a random note about Ashes. It’s absolutely infuriating and, for a website supposed to be based on huge volumes of information, pretty pathetic

It was just a video showing love and friendship between different types of relationships. Celine was just the story teller.

Indeed, moreover the reason of the setlists removal is “This setlist is unsourced”, i mean, what?

 

PS: They did the same with A New Day… setlist, leaving the setlist for the early 2003 shows only on the wikipedia.

Oh they blocked my IP. Wtf. Why somebody was bothered about those detailed verified carefully collected over the years setlists wtf. What's the point. I can send someone the setlists to post them back. I don't understand why some weird people are so full of themselves and think they have the only right to edit and leave rubbish Edited by anewdayhascome

It’s been over 7 months since we’ve seen her… You’d think by this time, she’d have granted an interview to update the world on her progress and bring more attention to SPS. But she’s really going to leave us guessing whether she’ll ever come back or quietly disappear into reclusion.

No doubt her presence would be of great help to the sick community, yet it would be almost inhuman to demand any activity from her. I think the ordeal she's going through and the way her whole life has been brutally turned upside down is an unimaginable reality, despite all our empathy.

Slightly OT, but Jamie Foxx spoke out for the first time after his hospitalisation in April. He explained why he didn't speak out earlier:

 

"I know a lot of people were waiting or wanting to hear updates but to be honest with you, I just didn't want you to see me like that, man," he said. "I want you to see me laughing, having a good time, partying, cracking a joke, doing a movie, television show. I didn't want you to see me with tubes running out of me and trying to figure out if I was gonna make it through."

 

I imagine it's the same for Céline. She often talks about overcoming adversity, but never about adversity itself. She doesn't like to show 'weakness'. I assume we won't hear from her until she has achieved a semblance of stability, both physically and mentally.

I think we’ll hear from her in some capacity by end of 2023. I’m thinking November or December. Outside of that I’m surprised her team did not post somthing on Tony Bennetts passing as he’s a legend and she’s actually collaborated with him. Team Celine is so useless

These kind of pieces tend to accompany the person being in the news in some way (if PR folks are doing their job right).
