A man want to sell me The colour of my love, Falling in to you and Celine Dion to me (vinyl). 55-75 dollar each. Is that a good price? He also have Unison on vinyl, signed . How much would you pay for that one? He wants about 120 dollar for the signed one.

I don't know what they're waiting for to release her albums on vinyl, or at least the best-selling ones. Even Enya, who has a limited fanbase and catalogue, is seeing her first albums rereleased on vinyl this month, after 28 years since her first album was released, and some titles for the very first time, like her 1995 release "The Memory Of Trees".

 

I commented also the other day about Shania Twain, who is having all her albums released on vinyl for the very first time (all of them were only originally available on CD). So what's with Céline? Why she has to be always the last to be considered for everything these days? :down: :down: :down:

Why not? The Divas concerts were always aired live.

Definitely not live. It's being taped in Brooklyn on Dec 2 and I'll be attending! Celine will surely not be there -- Mariah and Patti are headlining. Excited to see Mariah in the flesh.

How did you get tickets?!

 

I would love to know as well. I've gone to the Kings Theater website multiple times and they don't have it listed as an event with tickets for purchase. I'm imagining the entire house must be an invited audience?

This is kinda off topic and super weird, but has there been any good fights on this forum recently in any topic? Like getting down and dirty but also properly reasoning your point of view? I'm doing a small research project on politeness strategies in online communiteis and first I was thinking of using a crime forum as my data, but it just wasn't bloody enough :laugh: Then I remembered that the conversation here may sometimes be quite lively :P

Honestly, I think Celine is just bored of making music videos. For whatever reason... I'll respect her choice, despite the fact that I disagree with it.

It's because she (almost always) has done the same old pensively-looking-into-the-distance thing. A vast majority of her videos are not particularly memorable, and the 'acting' is, well, mediocre at best. I totally believe she can act (thought she was rather good in Des fleurs sur la neige, even if that was ages ago). She just needs someone who can direct her well and breathe fresh life into the endeavor.

Have y'all seen previews of Miriah Carey's new reality show? I don't want to start any wars here with any fans of hers on here soooo this is strictly MY opinion but how trashy. I guess it's all in the company you keep and the people you surround yourself with.

Maybe it's just play for the camera?
