Check out the mis-spellings on this Céline collection (There's one on the cover but the real treasure is the back of the box in photo 2). What a piece of cr@p 😂

And OH MY GOD.."Vate"??? What is this? Vole + tax added? This Jean Jacques Goldman who wrote the songs is a total ripoff :P

I've been listening to the Taking Chances album lately and there are two songs that really stand out from the rest and for some reason haven't become hits....."Surprise, Surprise" and "Fade Away"... Excellent melodies, great lyrics and great performances by Celine....so I'm genuinely wondering. Edited by dodobird

I've been listening to the Taking Chances album lately and there are two songs that really stand out from the rest and for some reason haven't become hits....."Surprise, Surprise" and "Fade Away"... Excellent melodies, great lyrics and great performances by Celine....so I'm genuinely wondering.

 

Two of my favorites as well.

One of the major "hits" radio stations in the Midwest US always takes listener suggestions for the "throwback Thursday" song each week... For the first time I texted in and suggested TTWII... and guess what... they played it!!!!

 

Then after the song the DJ was like, "I totally just went and bought this on iTunes... 99 cents well spent!" and then started playing it again from his iPhone. So awesome!

I cannot say how much I dislike Mariah's version of this song. She just took Journey's song to a completely unnecessary mess of adlibs. Celine stayed true to the original version and focuses on every word with intent instead of showing off her melismas every other note.

yes Céline's has always been MILES better for me. Not just because I adore her, but because Céline does it like it should be. Let's the word speak for themselves and doesn't overdo it!

Stop wasting time with Mariah Carey fans. You do not get a fan base that is more delusional and uneducated than them.

 

At this point of their careers/status/vocal condition, Mariah is not even on the same league as Celine. She better be compared to post-2000 Whitney.

It was confirmed in a French article a couple weeks ago.

No. It's just a stunt wax model of Tyler that they replaced for a microsecond just to film the kiss moment. Tyler's lips remain uncontaminated from Céline's hetero powers.

If I were Celine, I would be more concerned about catching germs. Kissing random people on the mouth isn't a good idea for anyone to do. Celine is rather adorable though, how she just doesn't care and she just does whatever she's feeling in the moment. It just makes me a little bit worried sometimes at how unworried Celine seems to be at times.

I have a question to ask,, I was just looking to buy her early material (like when is was a kid )on Amazon.com and they don't even have them for download or to buy off the website , what I'm to do now, I would Love to have her early Material , but not anymore, why is that,
