Céline Dion se rallie au gouvernement Couillard pour lancer «l’appel du Québec» afin de lutter contre la radicalisation. Dans une vidéo d’un peu plus d’une minute, obtenue en primeur par TVA Nouvelles, la chanteuse salue le travail des quelque 400 experts, décideurs et participants de la conférence de l’UNESCO, qui se tient dans la ville de Québec du 30 octobre au 1er novembre.

L’extrait sera présenté lors de l’événement intitulé «Internet et la radicalisation des jeunes : prévenir, agir et vivre ensemble».

«En tant qu’artiste de l’UNESCO, pour la paix, en tant que citoyenne et surtout, en tant que mère de famille, je joins ma voix à la vôtre dans l’édification de sociétés ouvertes, où chacun peut s’épanouir et se réaliser, dit-elle. La violence, sous toutes ses formes, et ses conséquences les plus horribles, ont fait trop de victimes».

There are two songs from FIY that SHOULD have been a single: Make You Happy and Seduces Me. MYH is just a fun upbeat summer song that gets stuck in your head and SM isn't a schmaltzy ballad like BYLM, or even IACBTMN and ABM. It's sensual, heartfelt and just jawdropping! I don't get why it wasn't chosen as a single. CTM is great, but I think SM could have gone further on the charts.

It kinda sucks that we didn't get Halloween pics of Celine and the kids, but atleast we got birthday Disneyland pics to make up for it. :)

 

I would love to see another picture of Celine all dressed up on Halloween in the future. It was really cool that we got to see that rare picture of Celine and Rene dress as The Adams Family characters.

 

I always wonder every year what Celine is going to dress as, but we never find out. I loved how she posted a pic of Nelson and Eddy dressed as pirates last Halloween. :wub:

Do you think they really go out trick or treating?

 

In my head, that's kind of hard to imagine with Celine being a global celebrity and everything. I guess her neighborhood would be pretty safe because it's probably all filled with other rich people and they are probably use to the fact that Celine lives in the neighborhood and maybe Celine even has somewhat of a passing relationship with some of them.

 

I would think that it would be pretty scary to be so normal like that and walk the streets trick or treating. I wonder if she has her bodyguard with her. It's just hard for me to picture her being able to be that normal and feel comfortable and safe.

Two, as a matter of fact. I mean real videos, not taking into consideration her live videos like Celle qui m'a tout appris... So it makes two: QPVSA and Incredible. They don't film her high budget music videos or take her somewhere exotic far away, so this decision not to film anything is really lack of interest in her promotion.

Yes,

Meat Loaf had wanted to record "It's All Coming Back..." for years, but Steinman saw it as a "woman's song." Steinman won a court movement preventing Meat Loaf from recording it.[3] Girl group Pandora's Box went on to record it and it was subsequently made famous through a cover by Celine Dion,

Well I've had heard some rumors about Céline, they say that she had said that she will never again do a world tour and that she is going to retire in 2019.

 

She LOVE tours and she LOVES to sing... What do you think of this? If its true, its gonna break my heart.

That's crap. She's said already that she'll sing as long as she has the health and the voice to do it. But as long as she keeps extending in Vegas, either she stops in 2019 and moves on doing other kind of shows, or she uses playback in 90% of the concerts, or Vegas will kill her voice by 2019. That's no lesser true.

Well Im happy to hear that you share my thoughts about this!!! I think she should move on from Vegas to, maybe its most of all about my selfish wish to travel around to diffrent places to watch her... Explore new places and se Céline at the same time would be great!
