Céline and team have done a very, very, very, very poor job with the promotion of her French albums post 1999. There are few,few,few,few songs that she has performed from her albums since then.

 

yeah it's a real big shame! :down:

 

the only songs she sang live (if i remember well) are:

 

Tout l'or des hommes (once in Antwerp)

Et Je T'Aime Encore (part of the first 1.5 years of Vegas, on the cd AND...LIL)

Je Ne Vous Oublie Pas (a few times)

Et S'il n'en restait Qu'une (on TCWT, french countries)

Immensité (once at a show)

 

francophone artist!!?!! :ermm: my @$$ :doh: -_-

 

 

She should had sung Je ne vous oublie pas at the french concerts... when she sang that song on tvshows and specials, the reaction of the audience is amazing... :wub:

The idea of celine saying: i drove all night, to get to you. It's nice, but hey they did an AMAZING intro for the SLP concert... :D

 

They also could do that with JNVOP!! they could easily remove some 'old' french songs and replace them with JNVOP, Immensite, and A Cause :wub: Contre Nature etc.

 

About the intro for SLP, and TC would there be an longer version of it somewhere? wonder who made it!

A few pages back there was discussion about ESNRQ and what's being said the first 20 or so seconds, and I know no one has ever been able to figure it out for sure. I was talking to a friend and she suggested backmasking, so I reversed the the part...but it doesn't sound like much to me. There's a few parts that may sound like something but I'm not sure. However; I've never been very good at deciphering backmasked songs so I figured I'd upload and post to see if anyone gets anything out of it: listen/download

I actually did the same a few months ago. The song is really interesting backward, but it doesn't make any more sense than it did before.

Is her imagine good? Do people make fun of her? Do they talk about Céline?

She's having a big nervous break down. She told michael vendetta, the epitome of handsominess on earth, that she doesn't give a damn about her pillow, that he shouldn't manipulate the friednship she has with her friend, and that it's not fun to tell her friend she's an ostrich. Then she cried, a lot.

 

Then she got stung by a big wasp.

I just received the Chic perfume today as a Donators contest prize (so many benefits if you Donate)

I originally said I was going to swim in it when it arrived but I think I'm about to drown in it.

The smell is sooooo strong.

 

I'm still trying to figure out if I like the smell or not. The bottle is really nice and my sister loves it. Said if I'm not going to use it, then she wants to have it.

 

When I opened it, it reminded me of Las Vegas right away because I got Célines first perfume there and entire Caesars Palace smelled of the perfume :wub:

They told that Aún Existe Amor was live too (and it would have been priceless to see her singing that one live), but yeah, it wouldn't surprise me if Sony had dubbed the album version for the TV broadcast -_-

Like the others said, ANDHC special may have been dubbed...but World Children's day is DEFINITELY dubbed. Her lips are so far off in parts. Not mention with other songs there is an orchestra, and background noise....this "lipped" version has no orchestra...just the crappy cd track.

Whether it was actually live and just dubbed or fully lipped, we don't know. Either way, this is only an issue for AEA, GTSW, and When The Wrong One Loves You Right. The last was pretty obvious and in my opinion a complete disgrace. Seriously... Beyonce lipping to Celine's background vocals? Completely idiotic.

I think I've only seen the first bottle Celine Dion? Notes and now Chic.

 

My fave is Celine Dion, love it
