That's a question that has been asked million times but nobody has the answer for.

It is written by Françoise Dorin and composed by David Gategno. David also produced the song.

I agree with you. The BG vocal of LCMM on the CD album is extremely stupid.

Guys, of all the bootleg audio recordings from the tour, which do you think was the best quality? Want to have a live tour album on my Ipod, and want the best quality audio. Thanks!

This all got me listening to the song just now! It's super annoying when you can't figure out what it says!! :lol: We should ask the producer...

The hardest part to hear, is what's being said in between the two obvious verses. It's like they intentionally made it all robotlike and weird sounding :D But I love it.

I know this is a long forgotten period in Céline’s career, particularly cuzz she actually could sing live properly back then, but I have never seen this one before.

I love that periode... HELL I love every periode, except the 2003-2007 ones are a blur to me :P

 

Have you noticed how the background vocals on the cd's have changed over the years

 

Like in the Celine Dion cd and TCOML they sound so high pitched.

I like them more now. I really don't like the background vocals in LCMM, I think they are terrible.

 

I think I would live a modern version of the song on a cd. I've heard the song live and it's a lot better than the original song IMO

 

the tour version is actually the Daniel Abraham's 7" remix, which if I remember well is on ATW and maybe also on ML.

 

don't go dissing céline there, she did many backings when she was young :P

Yes. The performance was shortened though (like all of her performances on Regis), but she still did the no's! I actually uploaded the full performance in multimedia a few months ago.

Yea of course. But you know, after a while, it's becomes a big laugh in their face, for acting childish. But I'm kind of a hypocrite when it comes to this. Which I'm trying NOT to do so much.. But I'm guilty of also judging other people on their music listening too. Like Miley.. Justin Beiber.. etc. Gotta work on that :yes:

I'm the same way! Trying to work on that :/ My friends used to make fun of me a little, but they've toned it down over time. They still like to tease me (in a playful way), but I think I'm rubbing off on them -- I think a couple of them might even come see "Through The Eyes Of The World" with me :shifty:

Yes I have, my entire family thinks its a waste of money anytime I buy something Celine related. :down: I was talking to my aunt on the phone today and was telling her how I hoped it doesn't snow bad here on Saturday because I have to go to the movies and I already bought my tickets, and I (on purpose) didn't mention what I was going to see because its CTTEOTW and I knew she'd have some remark to make about it. Well I was right, she asked so I said it was a documentary on Celine. Her exact words were "Oh puke!" I was like whatever. :glare:

 

and when I saw Celine in Columbus in 08 I was sooo excited after the concert when I went back to my sisters house. I wanted to tell her about it and show her the tour book. I hadn't even picked the tourbook up to open it yet to show her and my sister goes 'Don't you dare bring that over here. I don't want to see it, don't even think about it.' :confused: I was like really hurt that she was that mean about it. I mean I got to see my idol and was two feet from her and she totally ruined my excitment.....

Does Celine watch her own performances sometimes? I know she did with AND.. right? With her being on LKL, they showed her a performance from TC tour. Her FACE!! Was just.. she seemed so surprised to see herself on stage.

YES!!!

 

People at work - mainly guys!!! They tend to think she's WAY older than she is cos she's been around for so long!! Then they usually ask me why i like her! Their faces are like :rolleyes:

 

Sometimes women at work are like "OMG i love Celine Dion. You went to see her live!! I'm so jealous!!" so that's ALWAYS good!! :laugh:

 

Saw my sister in law yesterday and she said "Is it true about Celine?" i panicked wondering what she meant. So she said "Is she really going back to LV?" When i said yes she goes "Really? I'll go with you, i'll go!!!" I'm going :whee: But they're still talking about going to Florida though - so it may not happen. So i can't go :whee: now - got to hold it back :whistling:

lol I so know what you are talking about, mine used to go on about Céline being a compensation for whatever, yeah thank you, why can't anyone accept that she makes us happy, if more people had someone that makes them happy by simply looking (errm well staring) at or listening to them, then the world would be a much better place! :yes:

I have the same issue with most people. They think I am nuts for travelling twice to Las Vegas to see Céline. I haven't told anyone about me going except for one girl at work and then my mom.

 

I told my mom that I bought Lay's because of Céline and that she eats it everynight (I'm not going to do that) and my mom thought I was crazy that I bought Lay's because of Céline. In a way I am crazy :laugh: but I just wanted to see what she see in it.

 

Oh and I don't smoke, do drugs, drink a lot, don't buy a lot of clothes,so why not spend MY money on what makes ME happy
