I found Celine: Through the Eyes of the World available as a torrent download, telesync though.

 

I do download stuff but I'm definetly waiting for it on a DVD. This is tempting though, but a very bad quality

 

 

Ok I've spent some time checking this out and it seems it's some #%$&$# people that have put a fake copy of it online and some are virus infected

 

But I know a few sites, I'll keep on checking:)

Do you notice that only French cities, Montreal and Paris, see a series of concerts like 5-6 shows in a row? I can't figure it out why the same scenario never happens in HUGE English cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago or London.

There is more demand there.

 

There were 5 shows in Johannesburg (Including Pretoria because it's so close).

 

There were 2 shows in some other cities.

 

It all depends on the demand.

In the past Céline travelled alot through each country, France even had over 23 dates for the D'eux tour... but times changed, she doesn't want to travel so much anymore. So the number of cities are reduced. And I don't think Céline could sell out a show à la AND in London for 5 years... Vegas is an entertaimnent city with lots of travelingthrough'ers, that's why she can perform there many times a year.

And Monaco, even though it's a small country, it's surrounded by big cities and easy to travel to Monaco from Italy and France, even Switzerland

 

 

If Céline ever did a tour like D'eux in France again, I would totally go on a road trip and follow her to every show

I'm planning on making a video montage tribute to the one and only. I was looking for suggestions of a good Celine song to use.

Or perhaps one of you have the ability to make a montage of songs that would go well together

Sound great! You could try to use a variety of songs. Some that would work well would be: I'm Alive, Because You Loved Me, My Heart Will Go On, etc. and others like that.

I suggest "On Ne Change Pas" a song with an essence that no matter how much we grow older, we remain eventually the same . We just grow a bit and maybe change into the clothes of others but we remain the same....

Showing Celine growing up over the years, changing looks and changing styles...while performing in front of thousands while still being the same humble person that she is...would go well with this song.

I don't know how this came about, but does anyone remember when "All the way" came out, a Medley mp3 of the new tracks on the album surfaced online, and i dont rember how long it was but I remeber it being kinda cool and Id like to hear it again, anyone happen to know what im talking about and can help me locate it?

P.S. I was able to see "Through The Eyes of The World" and I Loved EVERY Second of it, and I can't wait for the DVD, My fav song is the make of "the Show Must Go On" and I wish I woulda stayed at the credits to hear the "studio" version, I hope we get one soon!!

Two shows are not the same as five or six shows.

I agree...it's a really good song for a video montage. Kind of reminds me of how she feels about My Love for certain parts.

 

I also think S'il Suffisait D'aimer is a really pretty song for a video like this

Well Montreal is her hometown...so thats a given that she'll do a bunch of shows there. As for New York. She did 2 shows in NYC, 2 in Long Island (just outside of NYC), and 2 in Newark (also just outside of NYC). So that's six shows all within the New York area. So that's pretty much the same as having a set of shows in one venue. Just an example that it is done in other places besides france and montreal. If it sells fast, they'll add more shows (if the schedule allows it anyway).
