Well I don't exactly find 370 Euros (for a Diamond ticket) cheap.....

Especially if you can still end up standing at the 15th row or further.

 

My NYC tickets were $900 each. I found 299 pounds/roughly $400 per ticket to be cheap comparatively!

Imo the string section is one of the best parts of old show. The arrangements were spot on as was the vibe. I just never want to hear the prince medley or YTV ever again or see the Turquoise monstrosity ever again

 

Part of the reason I refused to see the end of the "Celine" residency was due to YTV.

For access to the VIP bar thing, the first section with priority entry and being as close as possible... not to mention that not only does it cover Celine, but also to see two other big acts along with her.... its not like its just a tour set up

Yes, but in the end you go for Céline and not the drinks, food or other "big acts".

And with the tour or Vegas, you know where your seat is. I'd gladly pay €400 if I know I'll be in 1st or 2nd row.

But to not know your place, having to wait the whole day (possibly in the rain), having to endure a few other acts before Céline, don't know if it's a modified Vegas show or a completely different show and pay that amount of money (and I haven't even mentioned the traveling costs), I'm sorry but that's a bit too much, especially if you can't really miss the money.

Moral of the story: Go to Quebec.

If I recall correctly, top-priced seats for the 2016 Montreal shows were C$220, so about US$170.

I distinctly remember paying no more than this and that was for first few rows, no VIP anything. (Not to mention these are always special shows because of the hometown crowd.)

Huh?! I got Front Orchestra tickets for $280 each the week before “Céline” ended. Yes, it was a Tuesday night, but I still think it was an amazing deal - and we were so close, especially during the mosh pit songs!

And sorry, but considering tickets for the entire last run in Front Orch were $350 PLUS, most dates in June breaking $800-1000, i struggle to believe that

I can guarantee that when you went to vegas it was before the price surge in 2018, cause front orch since then has been $300+ no question, infact, comparing Vegas 2007 at prices of $320 to this year at $1200 explains my point whole heartedly. In most places $300 wont even get you on the floor for the courage tour...

My friends paid that and they were able to stand front row. So it doesn't only have to do with the reasons you give. You also pay for the name Céline.

Wow!! I will always buy on presale from now on. My Vegas tickets were $250 / $350 each ticket for the final 2 shows. My lower level tour ticket near a side stage was only $225 ( I think?? Hard to keep it all straight....) I can't even fathom thousands or upper hundreds. I really hate Ticketmaster and their price gouging.

I paid 250 dollars + tax on May 29 in the front orquestra row LL (12th) and i had the opportunity to be on stage during the Price medley and the LCMM/RDMH medley. No one in front of me, just Celine.

 

I'm going to London but i bought the golden ticket (200€) and to Montreal (2nd row but no chair in front of me so it's like a front row 375€).

She has said she would be shooting with L'oreal in Paris in June, and PFW's Haute Couture portion is between June 30 - July 4, so it's safe to assume she'll be in Paris before going to London. I'd doubt though she'll do anything for a future French album in the next while.

Finally I am pretty sure that I will go on my own to London. But I have an extra ticket for diamond circle. I want to do something special..... I want to "offer" the ticket to a fan who was not rich enough to buy the diamond one, who has a "gold" or less "pricy" ticket... And who goes on her/his own to the show of course (as I have only one extra ticket).

So if you want to take part to this special lottery, write me a private message. If I find nobody in this case, I will sell my ticket in London.

But... It is not SURE AT 100% that I will have this extra ticket, so I will only tell you maybe 3 or 4 days before the show. I don't want to tell someone "yes you will have my ticket" and after that a close friend of mine beg me to have this ticket, and I have to say "no"...

 

(I hope you understand my bad English. French speaking people will have more luck to have my ticket ahah).
