I do not understand why they want to launch this version this way, ta very poor, I think for a track on an album would come out better than them wanting to release it as a single.

I hope she sing vegas version on Billboard.

If they release this song as a single will be a failure.

Aldo please bid the Vegas version is much better.

Yeah I bought it to see if it there was a difference with a good quality sound...it's a little bit better but I don't understand what they did with her voice...I am sure it's not the Gatica's work, please don't tell me it was produced by him because I will be afraid for the french album...

I have never ever agreed with fans suggesting to contact her team (for my own reasons which are irrelevant now) but this time I 100% agree with you. I firmly believe this version should never be exposed to the public. They will tear Celine apart. And no just the fans of Queen.

Just look at what happened here tonight: In 8 pages there are just about 5 people who found this version to be OK, almost everyone found it below average or even bad. The numbers speak louder than words! I really hope someone reads the comments here and on TheRedHeads FB page and cancels the single release.

If she sings it like in Vegas it will for sure sound better. But it is a shame that this rushed bad mixed version already has been released.

I am sure Aldo is reading us, it's impossible to let this thing spreads in the world... not now. THIS IS THE TIME to promote the french single, not for this...

Well, her team is good at making things only available OUTSIDE the United States...YouTube & Vevo accounts, and recent French albums, I'm looking at you! So, maybe the United States won't get it at all. LOL

Well it's not bad... It just doesn't sound epic or powerful and she doesn't sound inspired... Too robotic. And without Beethoven I don't find a reason for replacing edgy guitars with that violon.

I don't think this will be the hit we were all expecting but it could sound better live. Let's hope for a nice performance!

Even people who don't find it bad have nothing positive to say about it. :P ''doesn't sound epic'', ''not inspired'', ''too robotic''.

I really wish she blows everyone off with her performance! She really needs to do so.

No surprises here again. This is what happens when a singer which is highly obsessed with performing covers, records in the studio another cover of a song she has performed countless times live and adds nothing to the live performance.

If you're not going to beat your live performance, don't record a studio version. Don't spoil the magic.

Same happened with At Seventeen, when the first time she ever performed the song in Grammys 2008 was magical, and no other version after that surpassed that first live performance

Why recording this song in the studio? What's the need, Céline, to every cover you perform live first, record it in the studio later?

With the aggravating circumstance that this song, shall we recall, has already 8 (EIGHT) years in Céline's catalogue, since it was performed first in her TC tour back in 2008 ---------> Surprise effect? Gone long time ago :doh:The magic is gone  It's as if she recorded today "It's A Man's World", eight years later... So? For what?

And I now what 100% no-matter-what Celine supporters are going to say: it's a favourite song of her! It has a special meaning to her! Agreed. And I'm sad to say this, but enough is enough with Céline and her obsession with covers, performing covers in her concerts and then recording them in the studio. There's just one much limit to know when enough is enough, and there has to be a limit to know and distinguish when a song that you have performed live NEEDS a studio version, because of its success of because of popular demand, and when it's just not needed. And "The Show Must Go On" is far from this requirements. Same as countless covers she has recorded like "Overjoyed", "Lullaby (Goodnight My Angel)", "How Do You Keep The Music Playing", "At Seventeen" and a long etcetera. They're better left as they were brought: live performances ;)

If a person wishes to contact them, they need to do so on Twitter and Facebook as a reply to the original tweet/post. Posting here at CDF has rarely ever proven to cause great change in the Kingdom.

The Vegas version is epic, is your version too, the mixture of the orchestra with rock, everyone liked, masi this version of the studio, I did not like and still think it's going nowhere, there is nothing new.

I do not know what idea they had with it, the more we can not do anything, unfortunately I only regret.

You are ranting about her choice to do covers when the issue here is the poor production and rushed vocals. TFTEISYF was magic in studio, ATW and HDYKTMP were amazing too.

Couldn't they just use a live version from the Vegas show. After seeing the live version from Billboard and then buying this on itunes is gonna be a big let down. Talk about getting down from a high. Congrats Team Celine you did it again

Guys I've listened to it in HQ and I have a theory... and I might be right.

I don't think she actually went into a studio to record this.

This really sound like live vocals heavily edited, probably from the Taking Chances World Tour. It's the instruments that were recorded in the studio and that's why the quality differs.

I'm sure they have plenty of concerts recorded from the TCWT and everything she's going sound from that era. And the quality of the recording of her voice is very poor, a bit like the live version of LMBTL.

Think about it...

That's my theory too, it's not a studio version... it was edited as they did with The Power of love and To love you more, you can hear the same effects...
