I have no words to say how exelent and special Celine was on this concert! :in_love:

Everything is just perfect. The songs. The voice. The enegry. I'm dead, yeah, full of emotions ))

 

Thank you everyone for posting photos and videos online and after the concert. You made us feel so in this show tonight! Sending you hugs and kisses! :flowers:

 

 

How do all these people (fans) know in what time she will leave the hotel??

Can't believe they are staying there all day long.. haha :)

This was probably the best she's sounded live since maybe 2002 during the World Children's Day Concert. Does anyone agree?

 

Even better than her voice on the songs recorded in Paris in 2013?

 

I don't like how her voice has been sounding on PQTMAE and LAEE since the Taking Chances tour.

Yes, I believe the photoshoot was done in November 2015.

Allright, full audio in M4A of tonight's concert. First time making a bootleg and I'm the first to say there is some room for improvement... :wtf:

So, does anyone think there will be changes to tonight's show?

 

I'm kind of expecting (hoping for) a different costume... other than that I could see them cutting songs if they feel like the audience wasn't as receptive to them, though I pray they don't!!!

can i just say one thing that in a way it seems like the show was in a rush... Celine didn't speak much at all and just one song after another.... and sometimes u can hear in the middle of a big cheers / scream the song already started lol

I can't believe Annie's tweet!

I've never liked her and her job, no matter what all those fashion junkies say.

It's so bitc** from her. Just like she was saying " guys , don't blame it on me if what she wore was awful".

 

She didn't have to intervene because :

1. Beside some folks here, nobody gives a s*** if she worked with Céline or not

2. We all noticed it was not her choice : it was not a leather jacket or some kind of glittery old dress.

 

While I don't like that much her outfit of yesterday, at least nobody got paid for a job which would have been horrible anyway.

i hope just the outfit ,cause i noticed she keeps pulling the pants up away from the heels but other than that the show was perfect

I don't think her tweet was meant to be disrespectful, I have a feeling people had been tweeting Annie asking for information on the designers Céline's been wearing while in Paris and she didn't want people to feel like she was ignoring them.

Yes, I agree... I was expecting a better reaction to that one... I loved it!

 

I love all the song choices but I also think the show is a little on the slower side... Naziland was a nice up-beat number.

I could not resist. I watch every single video available. I'm stunned by the setlist. It is indeed the first time she's really taking chances. She's taking control, and it is wonderful. I feel that every song has been specially chosen by her and Scott Price. I'm glad that 1F4T is finally being performed. She LOVES that album. She had a blast recording it.

 

I love the outfit. So 1994. I know it is kind of... ugly, but I like it. :P I ADORE the fact that she did not change clothes. She stayed on stage all night long, sang more songs.

 

Her voice is on top. It is a great decision to low the key of some songs. I don't know why she didn't do it before. She obviously struggled for years singing songs like L'amour existe encore on the original key. Maybe it was René who didn't want her to change the key. Well. Great decision. She's not 20 anymore. Her voice changed, and it is normal to change the keys.

 

And I got to talk about TLBSEPT. One of my all time favorites finally being performed. I dream come true. I wish she sings it in Montreal.

 

I'm proud of her. One of her most memorable concerts.

I also hope they polish the acoustic set a bit more. Ne Bouge Pas in particular I loved, but the ending left something to be desired. The studio recording's ending is so perfect, "ne bouge pas, babe" is so gritty and cool, she came in a little early last night and it just felt a little unfinished to me.

This. I feel a lot of the non-hit songs will be more recognized and received by the people attending her concerts in Paris.

Just search this thread, there is plenty of discussion about it. Celine had asked the original songwriter to adapt the words for her and it made some waves in the news.

Is the concert tonight the same time?

 

Yep! She was on stage around 1:50pm CST yesterday so we can probably expect the same today....

 

11:50am Pacific/1:50pm Central/2:50pm Eastern
