Also if she is unable to perform the new English songs when she has the chance, or retrieve old songs from her English catalogue, how is she supposed to perform a French song for an English audience?

Can we all agree the music video will never be released and move on already?

 

I still listen to this album at least once a day. Words cannot describe how good I find it to be! This is the primary reason why I overlook the promo that left much to be desired.

I still listen to this album very often, and come to the same conclusion: this album is great, is coherent and has a soul ... WITHOUT the Zaho songs and maybe Ma Froce as well.

To me, these 3 (4) songs don't fit the whole album identity, and to me neither the music nor the lyrics are interesting.

 

I tried to change my mind about this, but couldn't.

Lol just do what I do then - listen to certain songs (whichever ones you fancy listening to that particular time) and not the album as a whole. I listen to one song, then skip a few tracks, then play a couple then skip etc. Some times I listen to one song 4 times in an hour. I just enjoy each song for what it is 😆

Oh yeah. There's waaaay too much Celine in Quebec media, even for my liking. Like, she sneezes and it's on the front pages. Kinda nauseating. In fact, the moment I moved there is when I stopped listening to and following Celine, strangely enough. It was all just too much. I genuinely believe many of the local celebrity tabloids wouldn't even exist if it weren't for her.

That, I think, is partially the reason she's not really moving back to Quebec. It would be suffocating. In LV, she can at least go shoe shopping with her kid and limit the damage to a few IG pics. RC can play for a local hockey team and have normal friends and not get stalked by the media everywhere he goes. In Quebec, neither of them would have anything approaching that level of freedom. So, much as I think she'd love to spend more time there and be close to family, she probably feels she can't give her kids any degree of normalcy there. That's my take, at least.

nice compilation but kinda sad that it's not even four months since album release and we can say that EUS era is over This album is just so good! Definitely deserved something more than a calendar for re-release
