PQA is the song I like the least and I still enjoy every bit of it! Very smoothing instrumentation and the lyrics are so beautiful! I would give the song a solid 8/10 right now.

Goes to prove how much I love this album! I am at point where I think no other member loves EUS more than I do.

Yeah... the fact that you put PLUS QU'AILLEURS in your signature did ring a bell. :giggle:

I just read your signature (I guess that's what it's called) and had to chuckle, "Plus qu'ailleurs but i still love tant de temps...." :giggle:

Mine goes:

1. SSD

2 .D'eux (It fluctuates but apparently I listen to SSD more)

3. 1F4T

4. Encore Un Soir

5. Sans Attendre

6. D'elles

7. Incognito

8. Dion Chante Plamondon

Disregarding the early years of course. I'm a sucker for the JJG writing and production I guess!

I've tried so hard to love this album, I like certain songs but it just doesn't have that ebb and flow like the JJG albums do.

However I'm glad it's selling like hot cakes and we have 1 JJG song on the album.

My top of her post-2000 French albums:

1. Sans Attendre (her most personal recording and such a breath of fresh air to have a CD about HER as a woman, singer, daughter, etc... Also the fact that it was the first album she released since I became a fan :giggle: )

2. Encore Un Soir (probably because it's the most recent one)

3. D'elles (Pure elegance, class and all about womanhood)

4. 1 Fille & 4 Types (Last on my list but still such a great album. It's amazing that she wanted to try some new stuff and music styles for once)

Isn't it funny, hilarious even, that the EUS video has not been released?

The album has only one mistake. Its marketing.

Hard to see:

Celine Dion is a hard worker. Half a year after the death of her husband, she brought this brilliant album to the start. Within the same time she traveled around half the globe to give concerts in Belgium, Paris and Quebec.

And what does the management, which is responsible for the promotion? NOTHING. At least nothing new I see as a consumer. They leave her alone. No innovation, no ideas - really lame. Celine would have earned much better support for this album.

Too bad, they slept the potential of the album.

I totally agree and it is sad to see. The Netherlands, for example, is a market where the french work always has a chance to sell. Since 1f4t they did absolutely nothing to promote her music. I really don't understand it....

Amsterdam 18-06-1997 - Amsterdam 14-06-1999 - London 10-07-1999 - Antwerpen 14-05-2008 - Antwerpen 21-11-2013 - Las Vegas 10-10-2015 - Paris 09-07-2016 - Arnhem 23-06-2017

I'm surprised 1F4T is low on the totem pole for most fans, especially after she sang so many song from the album during the summer tour! But I love acoustic rock, country, and folk, which the album has that essence.

They put much more effort creating the program for her Vegas #1,000 show, which is a program that has only been available for ONE night and its life started and ended that one night, than any of her album booklets, photoshoots, etc. That's how much they are interested in her albums and the creativity behind the art of her music releases

They just don't care about her recording career anymore. We could hint this since years ago, but it's pretty obvious today.

Step one is you listen to the album re-recorded by me. If this doesn't cure the obsession then we'll have to go to step 2, which will have you listening to the album on loop day and night. :P

Ranking means nothing to me when we talk about her French albums. EUS being my #1 is close to DCP being my #7. We talk about good music!

Just saw that Michael Bublé just dropped his album days ago and already has TWO music videos released! Le sigh

Don't know how accurate is this since I'm never interested in rankings and charts and counting views of anything, but according to TRH, Tu sauras is the most viewed audio clip of the new French album in YouTube after Trois heures vingt and of course Encore un soir. 381.000 views.

Tu sauras. Before any of the other favourites, L'étoile or Les yeux au ciel. That has to mean something.

And they send Si c'était à refaire to radios

How to open Sony Music's eyes? How longuer they will live in this denial with Céline? -_-

Edit: okay I just checked myself in YouTube and it's true, Tu sauras is third most viewed song of the album.

There are numerous examples of Sony messing up. Especially since the Taking Chances era! The singles of TC and SA were a disaster. And since the LMBTL era they gave up on creating music videos too. IMO it only gets worse from this point. Goes without saying I am not expecting music videos for SCAR and L'etoile.
