She'll get out of her comfort zone again and do some experimentation again ( Taking Chances, LMBTL ) but the new album will sell less than her previous because the public loves her for her ballad. If she releases a modern sound, people will say she is trying to be Rihanna or Taylor Swift just to sell her music. The only way for her to sell huge is if she will release love songs because that is what she is known to everyone. Another Taking Chances or LMBTL 2.0 will just be ignored by radio stations again. Adele sounds current to me and she only had one uptempo song on her latest album if I'm not wrong, Katy Perry is flopping hard with uptempo singles but Miley Cyrus is doing quite well with a slower song.
