Celine doesn't have a big streaming fanbase. And with the singles not being released physically anymore, she doesn't have much left. So, if she wants her single to sell, then yes, TV appearances are important. If she doesn't care as much though, and she just wants to release a single just like that for the pleasure of it, without caring if it's gonna sell or be a hit then I agree with you Quote

It was a deeply personal project that she wanted to release in hopes of helping others. It came out around the same time I lost my aunt who was more of a grandmother to me than anything. I rarely get through the song without sobbing like a baby. In a good way, if that makes sense. We all need that emotional release from time to time.
